Amazing place. Helped pick out the boots and figured my size out where they were comfortable. Plus I work out of town a lot and the boa lace up system broke while I was out of town. I called this store (I bought them from here) told them my situation and that I would be in late saturday, simply dropped them off at the store on Saturday (literally right before they closed) and I didnt have a spare pare of boots so they said they would fix them that night and deliver them to my house before I left out of town that Sunday (and remember they are closed Sunday). Amazing service, and an amazing place. I will defiantly be buying my next boots here. Thanks for the help yall.

The Redwing store in North Richland Hills is a great place to get a great pair of work boots. I bought another pair in November 2016 my 2nd pair from this store, and noticed the soul of the boot was coming apart. I went in February 2017 and showed the Manager and promptly replaced the boots no questions. I work in the Construction industry and wore those boots everyday so they were really broken in. Its great to see a company that stands behind their boots. I will definitely be going back for my next pair.

Bought some boots from them that lasted me 4 months took them back and the owner with the lazy eye said I dont have any warranty on the soles and I would have to pay to get them replaced and he gave me 15% off on the sole replacement. So I took them to the fort worth store on campbowie and they where very professional and replaced my boot with new i highly recommend going to the store in fort worth Dont go to the one in nrh

Boots have gone to crap. Long time customer but the last experience was terrible. I had to exchange boots twice in 3 months because holes kept wearing in the outer soles. The third pair didnt fair any better but I gave up and bought boots elsewhere. I have an old pair of RW that I wear as my daily boots and Ive had them for years without issue. But they just dont make that kind of product anymore.

Very good Red Wing store. They appear to have the entire line-up of Red Wing work boots, not many other brands though. The manager knew his products and was able to recommend a pair to me. I was skeptical of his recommendation, and that I was in and out of the store after only trying 3 pairs on, but after wearing my boots in the field I am much more confident he didnt lead me astray. Thanks Ted!

Staff has always been helpful and friendly, they did an amazing job cleaning and oiling my old pair of boots while shopping for another pair. Boots are great quality Ive been buying here for years and will continue doing so.
