Was in the store on July 5th and heard the manager loudly ranting at an employee who was trying to get time off to be with a sick family member. Ive never seen such a callous display of human ugliness. From, "Its not your mom or dad, so you dont have a choice," to "And you cant do anything for her anyway except be there for her," it was so shockingly cold-hearted that it almost seemed satirical. Then, to make it even worse, the manager started ranting to another employee that she couldnt believe someone would prioritize family over work! "People have big families! Youre going to call in everytime someone gets sick? She has to realize, she has a job." The fact that shes the manager of the store makes me wonder if that attitude reflects the companys values-- if it does, they dont need my money, or the money of anyone with a family.

Most worst shopping experiance ever i cant not believe how under staffed this place is i felt sorry for the hispanic girl working by herself running to the back to get everyones shoe and i watched how she would get stopped on her way back even tho she had a positive work attitude helping everyone as she could the wait to check out was outrages 20 min so i could check out in a line with 11 people infront of me i dont blame the employee but the unqualified manager that doesnt know how to schedule what store has only one employee on a sunday at 2pm i dont know if this store will keep its doors open for much longer with how i feel i no longer feel like shopping there anymore

Never shop at these stores my daughter bought me a pair of boots, never wear them because of heel( bad for my back), tried taking them back for an exchange, but manager claimed I had warn them so they would not exchange plus had a Bad Attitude.
