Went in there to look for shoes for my son after Christmas with Christmas money. Was going to get myself and my son two pairs of shoes each. But, Debbie. The "manager" Debbie, followed me around stock to me kept trying to tell me where I needed to try shoes on Debbie kept trying to take shoes from me. I thought like I was being profiled because I wasnt dress the way that somebody on the east side should be dressed I have never felt more harassed and my life. I had asked her to leave me alone a little bit so I can browse by myself and find shoes that I wanted. Debbie never let me out of her sight Debbie would not give me the regional managers phone number so I called customer service to complain. There may be people who steal shoes or whatever if Debbie think she was going to get but there is attending to a customer and then there is harassing I making a person feeling unwelcome shes lost my service and four pairs of shoes not that that matters but it matters to me. Thanks, Debbie.

The person that was here the day I was buy shoes was so helpful and it was the first time I went to a shoe store and they asked you do you need help and they actually helped you I told her what I was looking for and she has given me 5 different options in less than 5 min I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from her and she put two pairs on hold at another location for me I was done shopping in less than 15 minutes

The manager here is kind of lazy and HE walks around not really doing much. The cashier was very nice and greeted me. She was helping multiple customers while he was sorting shoes at the counter, which is weird.

They have a lot of brands to choose from but they do not have very good sales. Occasionally they offer buy one get one half off which can save you money if you planned on buying more than one pair of shoes.
