My wife ordered a pair of shoes from this location. When we arrived to pick them up it took over 10 minutes to get somebody to help us. The first employee went to the back to look for the shoes and after several minutes we saw her towards the back of the store laughing it up with one of her friends. We finally got a different employee to say theyd help us and when that one went to the back she just never came back up front. After 30 minutes it took tracking down the manager to finally get the shoes up front to the cashier. The cashier threw the box onto the counter ripped out one of the shoes and some of the packing material and asked us "Are these your shoes?" Were never going back there again and would not recommend anyone else to go there either.

I ordered a pair of shoes and after 7 weeks when they still werent here the manager said he would try and figure out why. Come to find out the shoes I ordered had arrived but they put them on the shelf and sold them, leaving me shoeless. The manager was very polite and I dont blame him, but they definitely need a better system for special orders.

I found shopping at this store was a great experience. They carry Sketchers brand, which is my favorite. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was very nice and the store has a great layout.

Shoe Carnival is awesome. They have a wide variety of shoes including Nike, Adidas, and Skechers. Also, I found a basketball game at the back of the store which was really fun. Check this store out! 5 stars.

No one ever offered to help me look for something. Not very good customer service. They were very organized though which was nice. Overall experience is a 2 star.
