I have usually had a great experience and am a loyal gold card member, but this location has been a disappointment. Particularly the assistant manager Sarah. She was rude, tried to grab my phone from my hand when I didnt move fast enough to look up something, and wanted to proceed with a return without consulting me about details or answering questions I had. When I asked her how the shipping could be guaranteed not to send me the wrong pair again, her answer was " I have no idea." I wont be coming back to this location again anytime soon.

Stopped here for some shoes for my daughters prom that we couldnt find. The store seemed to have a lot of items in store and was okay.
