My favorite be-productive coffee shop in San Marcos--and it has been for several years. If youre looking for a relatively low-key place with great coffee, sufficient snackage, always-friendly service, and varied seating options (including outdoors), this is the place to go. There are enough people coming and going to keep things interesting without it becoming a distraction or getting crowded. If youre looking for a bustling coffehouse with throngs of people and an almost club-like atmosphere, youll be best served by another destination.

My favorite coffee shop... The atmosphere is great, the staff are very friendly and the owners are very engaged in the community. For several years I called it my south office. I was there every day, ran our ministry and business out of the Wonder World location. It is still my favorite spot to have meetings... All 3 locations offer the same value and experience. Oh and the coffee ROCKS!

Had a sweet White chocolate mocha frappe and blue berry bagel this morning here. The frappe was great, but I had to cut and toast the bagel myself.. which OK I can do... But the toaster was too small for the bagel so like a 3rd of it did not get toasted and at the level 5 it was barely toasted. I love to hang out here, but please invest in a new toaster or something!-)

Probably my favorite coffee shop in San Marcos. I like this location because it is very quiet and rarely crowded. The couch at the back almost always seems to be available. They regularly offer extra shots of coffee on the house, so keep that in mind if youre getting specialty drinks. Very nice staff as well, and the line moves quick. Try the pumpkin bread.

I have been coming to this place for like 3 years and they have been awesome! They know theyre regulars and have their drinks memorized. When Im sick they suggest special drinks, they made up a drink special based on my favorite drink, and every Barista there is just incredibly sweet. This is by far my favorite place in town to be!

Friendly staff, great selection of drinks and food, and convenient location. In a town with plenty of coffee shops to choose from, Mochas and Javas has become my go to spot. Im particular about my lattes, and they never disappoint. They do sell out of breakfast tacos very quickly though.

Great customer service! The coffee is always fresh and delicious and they can make just about anything you can think of and they are so friendly they know everyone by name. Great atmosphere and great coffee and pastries, so definitely worth visiting!
