For a "coffeehouse" this place sure doesnt have much coffee. The employee who helped me didnt even know what kind of coffee they served. For a "coffeehouse" this place gets 1 star. As a cafe, this place would get 5 stars. So I went right down the middle because the name truly doesnt describe whats here. They only serve one type of black coffee. However, the atmosphere is very nice and I appreciate that. Nice sofas to sit down in and pictures of food hanging on the wall to inspire your appetite. Pleasant music is played. Very limited parking is available here, but its right in the middle of downtown New Braunfels where you can walk to the oldest bakery in Texas and other must see places. If youre big into coffee like myself, this isnt the place for you. If you just want a place to meet up with a friend or business acquaintance, this place is perfect. Wonderful food with great prices and good environment. I would recommend this place, but I would also recommend they take the "coffee" out of their name or get more.

I really wanted to like this place, but I am having a difficult time coming up with a good review. I have only visited the coffeehouse once and it was for breakfast. The inside was rustic and the staff was super friendly. The menu seemed to have a sampling of a lot of items. The coffee list was also a good variety. They seemed a little understaffed and were having difficulty getting all the items we ordered to us, some items were hot, some cold, drink cups for water, etc. Asked staff a few times before giving up. I hope that this is not the norm, but was my experience.

We were attended by a young kids, he forgot to make our drinks, we waited 15 minutes then when we called him he was sitting in back on his phone and said "oh I forgot all about it!" Then he made only one, we ordered two!...bad service and not good Chai latte ... they were cold , milk wasnt even hot!

Nice place, but I came here for the lox bagel... it could have been much much better! Lox was shredded into small pieces & not enough to cover the bagel. It should have been called a tomato & cucumber bagel rather than a lox bagel. Definitely dont get lox in every bit. Ive had MUCH better!

This used to be my favorite place in town, but the quality seems to have gone down a bit. My crosswalk club was smashed beyond recognition and my latte had no foam and tasted like regular drip brew. Ill still come in just for nostalgia, but its just not the same.

I love their breakfast tacos and breakfast bowl!!! This is the quieter, cozier location for Crosswalk. The staff is always nice especially if youre nice first. :-) Coffee drinks are great. Nice place to stop if you want a filling breakfast and a cup o joe.

I think the food is delicious. The coffee is great(it is my staple in town for my coffee), the soups of the day never fail and the make your own breakfast sandwich is delightful. Bacon, eggs, pepper jack, tomatoe and basil aioli yum!

Good vibe, with a quaint atmosphere. The music is a little loud, but maybe Im getting a little older. I liked the layout and had a really good black iced tea. Setup my laptop and got to work without issue as well.

I wish my husband and I had known about Crosswalk Cafe & Coffeehouse days before today. The food was delicious. We ordered the breakfast tacos and breakfast sandwich, and iced coffees. The cupcakes were amazing!

The food was delicious (we had the Chicken Caesar Wrap & Greek Gyro). The 5th star needs an ambiance uplift inside, which is very doable with better lighting and some wall art. Otherwise its a great lunch spot.

Love this coffee shop! Its centrally located downtown New Braunfels. Great atmosphere to meet clients or just hang out by yourself to get some work done. The staff is great and so is the food!

Nice little coffee shop in the middle of Downtown NB. The folks are friendly, the expresso was legit, and the seasonal coffee drinks were superb. Try the Snickers Latte if you get a chance.
