We were on vacation. This is the ONLY Cracker Barrel that I have ever had a bad experience at. We waited about 12 minutes to be greeted. When Keith (waiter) asked if wed been waiting long and we said yes, he began to lean over us and yell. The waiter Keith made us feel physically threatened. Then when we asked for a different waiter, Keith stood by the kitchen and pointed and laughed at us until I asked for the manager and told him I refused to be bullied through my meal. The manager kept Keith away from us after that. Two waitresses told us that theyd heard from other customers that Keith could be brutal to customers. The manager never came and checked on us again. In fact we never saw the manager except the 2 times we had to ask for him. They didnt even offer a discount. While shopping in the store, I told 2 more employees what happened and they did not seem surprised. They gave me the District Managers phone number. The DM was shocked and promised to take action. No idea if he did.

Was hoping this would be a good experience, being a country girl. But it was gross! My fork I was served had dried food on it. I wasnt even sure the plates or cups were clean at that point. The food was warm enough but I couldnt help looking in the kitchen and NOT being impressed. We actually called before coming in because we were trying to order a to go for a few people. Had to call twice and let it endlessly ring before someone would answer, then two people picked it up and then put me back on hold both times. Would really love to give it a good review but they need to step it up all around.

Food awesome as always. Arrived 40 minutes before closing and was served very quickly. Usually takes longer. Not crowded at all. No line no waiting at this time. During prime times generally wait 40 minutes or more. But worth it for great home style food at good moderate prices. Server forgot about bringing me water though. Waited 20 minutes for refill. He seemed genuine with apology. However waiting that long when promised it was coming unacceptable. Otherwise service terrific. Even brought to go cup with out my asking. Thatll earn some of his tip back.

Horrible service! We wait more than 10 minutes to get our drinks taken and thats because I got up and find someone because we never meet our server. We got our drinks and guess what? We wait another 25 minutes to place our order and thats because I ask for a manager oh by the way he already knew were waiting for that long he did not do anything about it (it was not even busy) ... So ridiculous... I order pancakes and our server forgot to bring it!! Cracker barrel is going down hills little by little!!

I had the pinto beans and greens and they were cooked and seasoned just how I like them. I really enjoyed them.They come with a corn muffin and I asked to have a biscuit instead due to being allergic to corn. The wait person said that would be ok but I didnt get the biscuit even after letting her know I still wanted it. That was the only negative aspect of my recent visit there with family. I also had one blueberry pancake for desert....delicious!

My wife and I love breakfast foods for dinner, and The Cracker Barrel is one of our favorite places to eat this. Always consistent with the food, the only variable really is the wait staff. You have to beg for additional portions of syrup, jelly and butter. Why dont they just bring out a bowl full and be done with it instead of making 3 extra trips? And of course there is the gift shop. Gotcha there!

Went there yesterday with my girlfriend and my brother who had never been to a cracker barrel before. My brother is hard to impress with restaurant made comfort food. He couldnt stop talking about how good it was and how nice the waitress, Monique, was. All around wonderful experience for him. We always enjoy eating there. It is always been good service and great food. Definitely will be back.

Beware of your final bill and food quality. On AUG0617 @4:39pm I was charged for items we didnt order, such as Iced-tea and bake potato, waitress are very slick. I was robbed a total of $2.39 Iced Tea, $1.19 for substitute bake potato. To make matters worse I filed an online complaint. I never heard back from them. I vow never to dine at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. .

We were seated pretty quickly and got our orders put in just as quick. The food arrived quick and hot but I have to say, burgers really arent their strong area. The meat was dry and a bit bland. Also, after the food arrived, the server was far less attentive even though it wasnt really that busy. Not a bad experience but not really one that begs me to come back soon.

I like the store you have to walk through first :) typical women . If you get lucky and get a window seat or along the wall , you set , but if you get a table in the middle ,not so much . Loud and sticky tables the last time ,we where there :( server was in hectic ,yes we went on a Sunday morning,not a good choice .

Great place to eat Breakfast or Lunch any time of day, Great food reasonable prices And atentive staff when Busy, the Staff are Quck to clean off Tables for a Quick turn over of vacant tables and seat waiting customers, great place to meet friends and Family you can oder Breafast any time of day or night.

The Campfire Chicken was juicy, flavorful, just great. the pork chop on the other hand was tiny and completely lacking in flavor. Everyone was really nice but we particularly liked our waitress Megan. Well go back soon for the campfire chicken again. Its a great value and talk about really really good

Usually we live the veggies and different breads. Very happy the campfire skillets are back as they are delicious! Had breakfast tonight and everything was over cooked - the pancakes were almost burnt. Will go back, but will be choosy on what I order. No breakfast or any kind of fish.

I love the food, as I usually do (Im a foodie). It is January and I am starting out healthy-ish. So this time I ordered the meat loaf, salad, broccoli, and a diet water. Diego was our host and hes awesome. He even gave me a diet water to go. Kudos to you sir! Ill be back!

Unless you are white dont go there. Our waitress didnt offer us the complimentary biscuits.. Got our sides wrong. When asked about vegetarian entrie.. She started reading the veg sides which I can read it myself. Very demeaning and sarcastic. Will never eat at crackle barrels.

I love Cracker Barrel but wanted to write a review on my experience today. We went to lunch for my moms birthday and had a party of 10 and our waitress Renee did an outstanding job! She was very attentive and got everything right! I think she deserves a 5th star on her apron!
