Called ahead of time 2 and a half hours before closing time to make sure they were open and that they could help us match a paint color from an old paint can from same company. The representative told us that he was extremely busy and that he was not gong to be able to help us today. He said that due to the large volume of customers at the store that we were gong to have to wait before we could be assisted. We insisted on coming due to the extreme urgency we had to get the paint. Once we arrived there was absolutely no one in the store except for the employee. My husband and I looked at each other like were are the large volume of people that are suppose to be here. The employee made a comment that some customers left and he was able to assist the others right away which of course my husband and I didnt buy. The employees here are just plain lazy and dont want to work. I wouldnt recommend this place at all due to the lack of assistance that is offered.

Charlie, as well as the rest of the staff were awesome, and exceeded our expectations. We got fast and efficient help, and they went out of their way to help us find the colors we needed. They provided us helpful information, as well as excellent service.
