The primer I have on my house was formulated by Mr. Stewart with Florida Paint, and has provided years of excellent service on Cement board, without failure. The location for the house is in a relatively humid area on a lake, and without a great primer the top coat would fail like all my neighbors houses, who have had to repaint regularly.
