Came to the desk asked for two gallons of X color of paint. Then said oh yea whats cheaper all purpose primer or drywall primer? She answered and I said I need one of those too. Somewhere in our convo I and she had gotten confused and it ended up that two gallons of primary were tinted instead of one plain primer and two gallons of paint. She ended up giving me the extra primer and making my paint. Id give her five star but she kinda wanted to argue with me about accountability of the mix up which is on both us as we both confused each other and neither caught the mistake before the product was made. Arguing with a customer doesnt tend to make me dish out five star reviews but since it was handled well yall get the four. Either way tho nice store good people good products thanks

KP was able to perfectly match the color of my basement walls. I needed to paint a lot of patches and scuffs that have accumulated over time. And since I wasnt planning to paint the entire wall, the paint needed to be an exact match. Otherwise Id have a bunch of off-white patches all over the place. Like I said, KP nailed it. You cannot see the patches under any light conditions. It looks great. Thank you. p.s. They also match stain. I needed stain matched to install new casing around an old door several years ago. They did a great job. It blends together perfectly.

Billy is a 5-STAR paint magician. I needed paint for a 15 year old stucco house that had changed color over time. I showed him a photo of the house and he nailed it -- a perfect match. Now I dont have to paint the whole house after I repair some minor cracks in the stucco. I will definitely return to Sherwin-Williams for all my painting needs.
