This store doesnt care about homeowner customers, just contractors. Our first time trying this store, I needed three colors. I was doing the main color, a 9" stripe, and a 14" stripe. Also, I was repainting a dresser the same two colors as the stripes. I really didnt think I needed a gallon to paint a a dresser + 9" stripe or for the fronts of dresser drawers + a 14" stripe. We went during a weekday and it was busy - a few homeowners and a few contractors. I was acknowledged and had to wait for a clerk. Young guy, looked like a teen. I showed him my printout of what I was going to do and said I needed help figuring how much paint Id need for the two accent colors. He responded, "We dont do calculations. Usually the contractors do the calculations." I just looked at him - really? I know there are calculation tools on websites, but I was used to dealing with Northside Paint and Home Depot - and theyre way more helpful. So I waved him away, then ended up getting helped by a manager. He told me Id need a gallon in all 3 colors, and/or that buying 2 quarts would cost more than buying by the gallon. He was rushing, since they were busy. Realized when I got to the car, hed forgotten my gallon of white. Had to go back in to purchase it. Wasnt too impressed by their "customer service". I went back a couple of weeks later, because Id come up with a color I wanted. I didnt know paint stores cant translate RGB or HEX color values. Got a girl this time. She looked at my numbers, "I dont know what this is." Tried to explain what I was trying to do. She didnt follow and had to get me a supervisor. He explained they cant translate RGB or HEX colors to the way the coloring machines work. As I left, the girl gave me a flip insincere, "Sorry bout that!" I like the Sherwin Williams paint - Ive used Benjamin Moore in the past, and it is thicker (harder to roll) and Sherwin Williams has good sales. So my next room to paint - I drove twice as far to the SW store on Sheridan to try them. So glad I did - they are MUCH nicer to their homeowner customers! If youre an individual and youre not much farther from the Sheridan store than this store, go to the one one 120th & Sheridan! Theyre friendly to EVERYBODY, not just contractors...

O this is the worst store you will not get the Customer Service you deserve especially an Employee named Javier that says he speaks Spanish when in reality hes nothing but rood and does not do anything to help you. Nor bag your items after ringing up costumers instead he just walks away to the back and dont care whos in store. Only GAVE 1Star to put this complaint. Good luck!!) hope you have better luck than our contractors do.

I had read mixed reviews about the lack of customer service for residential owners purchasing paint from this store but was VERY pleasantly surprised to have Cliff help with the daunting task of selecting colors for our exterior paint job! Wow...he went above and beyond and you will not be disappointed should you choose to shop here!

Attempted to place an order by phone. They were already backed up by 2hrs they told me to place the order in person. Ive been here 20 min in a long line with no acknowledgment of being a customer. Just wanted to order and pick up tomorrow.

Their customer service is awful and they are hard to work with. They didnt make anything easy when I was trying to get paint for a project. Very rude and aggressive when I didnt understand something. Avoid doing business at all cost.

Horrible customer service. Be ready to wait for unfriendly, unhelpful non-caring associates. Poor computer system! No interaction with other stores. Antiquated system!

Walked in and found exactly what I needed. I wish they had free test samples like home-depot
