I have spent hundreds buying paint and supplies from Finishmasters. In the past I would always get good service and answers to my my questions. Being a semi-experienced DIYer I sometimes have questions. Lately the crew that works the weekends is not very friendly. In fact they are quite arrogant. The lady did not show any willingness to help out. She rushed through my selection of a color from a paint chip. Which turned out to be the wrong color, either that or she just didnt mix it properly. Either way Im going to find another paint supplier for my projects. I deserve better from my hard earned dollar!

Worst customer service, I first called to get a price on a 3m pps system and a 3m spray gun needed for my shop easy 300 Dlrs income. I called 6 times I kept getting the voice msg then the next call some one answer and place me on a hold for 10 mins {@#*€|€|= Really ?? Then I called one more time and the guy that answered told me that the price was " like 90ish Dlrs " what is that ?? I need and actual numerical price .... I ended buying AT AMAZON FOR LESS
