You would think it would be hard to have a bad experience at a chocolate store. The so called "owner" treated us with disrespect because she misread a situation and handled it so badly she has now lost multipe customers. I was standing outside with my dog and my girlfriend comes out because she accidentally left her wallet in the car and she asked me if I wanted to get the ice cream that she was ready to purchase. After saying yes and moving to her car the lady comes out and proceeds to tell us that we "dont have to be rude" in a very rude manner herself. Being curious and surprised as to this outburst since I was not inside I proceded to inquire as to why one would speak like this by saying " woah, what?". She goes on to say that "she" (my girlfried) "was going to get something then walked out, so dont be rude." Then she hastily walked back inside before we could rebut and even explain that we were to return with payment. Mind you I am writing this out, but know that the way in which she spoke was snarky and rude. From this my girlfriend went back inside to not only explian, but inform managment. After being spoken to with more attitude than before my girlfriend felt as if she was being pestered enough and decided to just leave. Being told that she was the "owner" we felt as though one of the only ways for them to understand their error in misreading a situation and handling it worse than poorly would be to write this review. This candy woman did NOT sprinkle it with love and make the world taste good.

Unfortunately, I had to deal with the owners "customer service". Stopped in for a quick treat, but realized my wallet was in the car, so as she was scooping the ice cream, I told her to hold on so I can grab my wallet from the car. Walked outside and she rushed out and shouted, "if you are not going to get anything, say something. dont be rude" with the impression that we were not coming back. I was shocked how someone could even make an approach but I guess if you are the owner, you are allowed to do whatever you please?..I went back inside really upset, asking for manager info when she states she is the owner. Not sure if she was truly the owner but she gave nothing but a firm attitude that she was in the right and was upset that she would have to throw away product (mind you, 2 scoops of ice cream for $4.89). I suppose if you are the "owner" you are able to treat people that way.

Owner was incredibly rude. Switched my wallet for a new purse and couldnt find the card I wanted to use to pay. It took me awhile to find it and the lady just stared at me with a dirty look as I nervously shuffled through my wallet/purse. By the time I found it she had already moved on to the next customer and when I tried to get her attention to pay she ignored me. When I said excuse me, she rudely told me to wait since she was helping a customer. It was the most awkward 5 minutes of my life standing there and being treated so rudely while I watched her be so nice to everyone else. It was an honest mishap; Im not sure why she couldnt have been more understanding.

Found this sweet place while driving around and fell in love! The desserts were delectable and the service was phenomenal! We had the chocolate cake, which omg! Even though this was piled with chocolate it wasnt overbearingly sweet. The ganache was smooth and the mousse was light and fluffy, all together a wonderful blend. Then the carrot cake, genius cream cheese surprise! It melts in your mouth! I took home some more sweets: a larger than life oatmeal creampie that blew me away! I was also told the "spicy toffee" (sorry couldnt remember the pepper) was amazing, I was not let down! Delicious! Definitely recommending this place to friends and family!

I was there on St. Patricks day and ordered their Irish car bomb and an oatmeal cream pie. The Irish car bomb was different and one of the best desserts Ive ever had. The oatmeal cream pie was the best one Ive ever had. My friend ordered a piece of carrot cake which he described as the best one hes ever had. Ive been going to bakeries all my life. This is the best one.

Beautiful bakery & candy shoppe. Handmade truffles & handmade pastries &, so yummy! Friendly staff are very welcoming. The Saturday crepe days are are amazing! So delicious! They also have large sparkling glass canisters filled with candies Id forgotten about! Mary Colloza & Jenni Williams are the best ambassadors to everything sweet & chocolate in the world. ❤️

This place is new and very tasty. The staff are so nice and helpful. The truffles are amazing and lots to choose from. Pricing is acceptable for the quality, and Im very frugal. Theres ice cream as well and I cant wait to try the cake on my next visit!
