I had originally rated this 5 stars due to the fact that our salesperson Angel Sanchez was very nice and very professional, and my wife and I thought were getting exactly what we wanted on our vehicle. Turns out that was not the case. We recently added a baby girl to our family so we decided to trade in our small Honda Civic with navigation, sunroof, free maintenance, etc. and we were looking for pretty much the same thing but in a larger vehicle. At Honda they were able to give us all the features we currently had on our Civic (navigation, maintenance, sunroof, etc.) and keep our payment under 450 a month on a really nice CRV. However we really liked the 2016 Cherokee so we decided to go check out this dealership. Like I said before, our salesman Mr. Sanchez was great but after not getting anywhere close to a similar deal to what Honda had offered us, a man named Chris (I believe), took over the negotiating process. After much back and forth and no real progress we were about to walk out and go back to Honda. As we were about to walk out, they came back to us and told us that they were able to get us in the vehicle with the fearures we wanted for $475 a month. My wife and I decided to pay $25 more ($475) per month to get the Cherokee. We would still get everything Honda offered on the CRV, but it was the Cherokee model we liked. We were super excited and extremely happy. Well it turns out that as we were driving home in our new 2016 Cherokee, my wife and I could not get the navigation system to work. The next day I returned to the dealership to turn in the extra keys on our Honda and ask about our navigation system not working. Manager told us that the vehicle was only navigation "capable" and it would cost an additional $695 to have it installed. I could not believe what he was saying. That was one of the major features we were advocating for. The manager then proceeds to show me a spreadsheet and explained that because he was losing money on the deal, he wouldnt install the navigation system unless I paid for it. I feel totally deceived. I wouldnt even be surprised if they took out maintenance, warranty, theft protection, satelite radio, accessories and other features they led us to believe we were getting with our deal. So much for a great experience. Doesnt really feel all that great after they promise one thing and deliver another. We should have just stayed at Honda.

I took my car in to have it looked at (Monday) due to ABS light staying on and brake issues. Dropped it off before 10, and called twice around 4 oclock to see if they were keeping it an additional day. I have free rental if the dealership has to keep it overnight, I literally had to drive there in person by 5, so that I could get a response as to if I should run by Enterprise or not. They hadnt even looked at my car yet. I received a voicemail the next morning (Tuesday) that the issue wasnt covered under my warranty and that it would cost x amount of dollars. I called back at 9:00 am (Tuesday) and was connected to voicemail, I informed the advisor that I would be able to drop off the rental and pick up my car by Wednesday, IF it was ready the next afternoon, and to please repair it. Thats one day after being informed of the issue itself. I never received a call after that time so.., I called at 3:30pm (Tuesday) and was transferred to voicemail again, I asked if the car was going to be ready by Wednesday and to please give me a call back, and LEAVE a message if I didnt answer.., nothing!! I didnt receive a call on Thursday and after numerous voicemails, I went to work as usual thinking maybe they were just super busy or the part had to be ordered! Friday morning I called again and was transferred to voicemail I left a message asking if the car was ready and to please call me back. This time I received a call and the advisor told me, my car had been ready since Tuesday, and that because my issue wasnt covered, my rental wouldnt be either. There was absolutely no communication between us, no one ever called to actually give me an estimated time that my vehicle would be ready or that they would only cover one day rental! Theyve kept my car for three days once, during this time they were paying for my rental and at the time couldnt figure out why my car was doing what it was doing then, and I wasnt charged for the rental or given such a difficult time! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told his director would call me, after listening to my voicemails etc., instead I didnt have the opportunity to speak with anyone and was charged a week for the rental!! I will never go back to this dealership again!

Let me start off by saying that we have done business with this dealership before but after today we will never return. After having an accident that totaled my car, my husband and I went car shopping looking for something comparable to what we previously had. We visited several dealerships but ended up at this one due to our previous pleasant experience. When we arrived our salesmen seemed very helpful, humorous and good hearted. He helped us find a Journey that we liked but It did not have everything we were actually looking for. I had not done much homework on this particular model but the deal seemed ok so we decided to go ahead. We began getting things ready and I figured while I sat in wait I would do my research. I found better deals and better upgrades online and immediately called the dealership online, Clay Cooley, to find out what their vehicle would cost tt&l out the door. They told us a price $500 less and we decided we needed to check it out before committing. While on our way to look we received a phone call without ID. When my husband answered they said they were the Sales manager from Clay Cooley and the price we were given over the phone was incorrect. When we questioned this person they became irrationally rude and told us not to call back. Immediately after that odd phone call, Rockwall dodge called and offered us 2 year free maintenance. We were tired annoyed and ready to be done. We went back to sign with Rockwall. When we arrived there, our Clay Cooley salesmen called to verify our info and I told him what his sales manger said and that we would not be coming. He was taken aback and very surprised but apologized and accepted our resignation. We went in to sign our paperwork with Rockwall dodge and the Clay Cooley salesman text me and said he belived the call came from Rockwall dodge. He assured me that no person beside himself and the GM was even aware of our inquiry. We were about to sign those papers. They almost fooled us. I am disgusted by their sales tactics here at rockwall dodge. I will never be back. We got an awesome vehicle from clay cooley and I am so glad they saved us from this retched place.

I have little confidence in this service department at the moment, The service advisers (Ron and friends) are spot on, I have Zero complaints about how I was treated. I am not happy that 1 of my concerns was not looked at, but what happens in that garage is much more concerning and makes the missed concern even worse for me. I take my vehicle to somewhere for service, most of the time for mechanical service concerns, that creates an expectation where the end result mechanically, must meet minimum standards; this is what is most important to me. You can be as nice as you possibly can be to me, but if the automotive service that takes place in the garage is lack luster, then I will have to stop coming there out of pure worry alone. I took my vehicle for a number of concerns, this was a warranty visit for me, allow to be specific about my end result; one of my concerns was not documented what so ever (Possible problem with the radio), so as it ends up, that concern was never addressed or even looked at, another concern was a bad vibration at 80 mph, this was not realistically taken care of professionally. I get my truck back and the vibration is gone, but now it pulls hard to the left (from 1 issue to the next). There was no pull to the left when I dropped the truck off. 2 weeks before hand, I test drove this truck on a test drive, it pulled to the right, but they corrected that, they said it was corrected with an alignment. I subsequently bought this truck from them. So after this 1st visit to their service center for warranty service, which took 5 days because they did not have some of the parts in inventory. The invoice states that they rotated the tires and balanced them too (to fix the vibration). Why not test drive the vehicle afterwards, knowing there was a complaint concerning safe handling? I just cannot understand completely missing a concern I have about the radio and furthermore not doing a test drive after making changes or improvements to the wheels or tires, changes that would affect safe handling.
