Ive bought around a dozen pairs of glasses from this Visionworks location. The employees are always very knowledgable and helpful. Theyve never "forgotten" to order anything for me. This is probably the only retail chain I can say that about so thats worth something. Their free lens replacement warranty is amazing. Best of all they are always willing to work with you if you dont have insurance. This chain will have my business for life if they keep it up. They dont always call you the second your glasses there, though. Ask when they should be in and then follow-up with them on that date and youll never have an issue.

If you want an average run-of-the-mill eyeglass store with sometimes a long wait because it is understaffed, you have founded in visionworks. On the plus side they do carry a selection of Maui Jim sunglasses.

Horrible service. Staff did not even acknowledge us when we came in. Their business sucks already and its not going to get any better with rude and arrogant staff like this.

The woman that works the optical store is great. Very knowledgeable about frames, lenses and insurance coverage. I got my glasses the same day! Cant beat that.
