I called in advance to see if 3 of the books im looking for are available. Guy named jeff told me only 1 was available. I get to the store and look around because the kids like to wander down the isles, sure enough my daughter points out one of the book were looking for, kinda shameful that a 5 year old found it. There were at least 12 copies of the book, so its not like a miracle or anything. So we looked for the third and asked a different person she said it was not available at the time. The next morning someone else is helping us track down the last book and they call this location (not informed of our experience) they have the book and it is set aside. Why cant they tell us right there and then if they have it available, did they even look? Aside from that, this week has been a rainy week and you can see part of the carpet wet. Its probably moldy, a previous comment stated it smelled like feet in there.

Have great stuff but wish they would ditch the Oujia boards. Magazine racks have mags havent seen @ other places that sell mags. Several vegetarian mags. Once found mag devoted exclusively to Buddy Holly. Wish they had a better selection of blues cds in the music/movie section. Bought Jeff Becks latest cd Loud Hailer w a B&N Christmas gift card. They also sell albums in that section so albums have not gone way of dinosaur just because of cds.

Very friendly staff. They jump up to help you find something. The store itself is very calm. The cafe scent goes through the whole store calming you down. They have a big selection and fair prices. Lots of sales. The only thing that is kind of bad is that sometimes there arent that many people there so you kind of have to look around for people. Other than that I love it.

The people in the café were super nice and made me an awesome drink even though I know nothing about coffee. Normally at Starbucks I get that sass and rude kind of people. The guy at the counter was not only took the time to make personal recommendations for me but was totally nice about it. He even brought the drinks to us. Just wow. Shawn deserves some props.

Since we knew what we wanted, it was a quick visit. Long lines but every register was open. Didnt care for lady standing at the front of the line trying to push merchandise. Just a reminder of what we might have forgotten was enough. Loved that gift wrapping was available.

Huge bookstore where you can find so many things to browse. They also have a bigger-than-usual cafe that serves Starbucks beverages and Cheesecake Factory pastries - a good place for meeting friends or spending quiet time to think or plan. Clean restrooms. Ample parking.

unfortunately, this is my closest barnes and noble. the design of the store is outdated and I hope that gets taken care of soon. Ive been coming to this location for so long and its just so dull to be in. natural lighting is needed.

I went to this location looking for a gift for my daughter. The lady and the customer service Booth went out of her way to help me locate something we thought she would enjoy. The customer service was well above expectations.

On my recent visit there was a horrible smell, like a room full feet and dirty socks. The usual nice comfy seats you find at most Barnes & Noble are no where to be found. So you have to sit at the tables at the B&N cafe.

People who work there are like zombies... you have to grab one to help you. As an employee, take the book out your face and help someone. Even the Starbucks employees are waiting for night night...

Love it here. Environment and the people here give off positive vibes. Do expect kids doing homework on the ground. Yes like on the floor..especially by the mangas. Why? I dont know.
