My husband and I had shopped off and on for a high end playset for years, trying to decide if we felt the cost was worthwhile, if something inexpensive would be just as good, etc. We were unsure about making the commitment, but always kept coming back to dreaming about getting a Rainbow. We recently moved into what we intend to be our "forever home" and decided the time was right to take that step. Our children are 11, 9, 5 and 3, and we wanted to make the investment while ALL of the kids would be able to enjoy it. We knew that with the quality of construction, as well as the lifetime warranty that goes with a Rainbow Play System, that we would not only be buying this for our children and their friends, but for THEIR children as well. I went to visit Homefield with my 2 youngest children and was greeted warmly by Jason. My kids had a blast and he was very comfortable and friendly with them while they played on the playsets and we talked about the right options for our family. With a little bit of time and distraction, the kids forgot about that visit and thought that we had just gone to look, and the big kids never knew that we had been there. They were all completely SHOCKED on Christmas morning when they opened an envelope with pictures of their new Rainbow Play System and were promised that it was going to be installed the very next day! The installation was friendly, easy and quick. The guys were very easygoing and tolerant of the kids wanting to "help", and the process went very smoothly. Our new Rainbow Play System is everything we hoped it would be and we are so happy we went to Homefield. The entire experience was a pleasant one and we are so pleased with the final result. I cannot recommend Homefield and Rainbow highly enough. You wont be disappointed!

Just adding an update! Its been about a year since we purchased the system and my son still plays on it almost every day! We just purchased a Rainbow Play System from Homefield for our 2 year old son and we absolutely love it. He was ecstatic when he saw it and weve had trouble getting him to come back inside since. The quality of this product is amazing, its very sturdy and quite attractive to look at. My husband and I are both able to play with him and theres still plenty of room! Jason and his team at Homefield were wonderful to work with. He understood our needs and our budget and worked hard to make sure that those two expectations met. We got more out of our play system than I imagine we would get and he was so helpful in listening to what we wanted and advising us. The office staff was also exceptionally friendly and the delivery/installation crew was professional, tidy and courteous. There was one part that we changed last minute on our system so it wasnt on the truck. The staff at Homefield had it delivered and installed for us the very next day. A playscape like this is an investment for your kids that they will enjoy for a long time. When I spend this sort of money, I expect polite, courteous and helpful people and I got more than I expected. They even found a coloring page and crayons for my son while we were doing paperwork and seemed happy to meet him and have him in the showroom. I will be recommending Homefield, as well as Rainbow Play Systems, to all my friends.

I visited Jason at Homefield a couple of weeks ago when I started looking into the Big Green Egg, they were the first store I visited but then I did shop around and visited numerous other dealers in a 50 mile radius. Ultimately I returned to Homefield and purchased my BGE, I did find the package price a little cheaper elsewhere but in the end Homefield was close to my house but more than that Jason was extremely knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer any and all questions, of which I had quite a few. In addition to my initial visit and then my return visit to purchase I have been back 2 additional time to simply ask questions, I have been very impressed with Jason willingness to take the time to fully answer questions and when I was having trouble understanding how to best use the Looftlighter he actually grabbed a bag of charcoal and took me outside to give me a live demonstration. I would highly recommend Jason and Homefield if you are in the market for a Big Green Egg, price doesnt really come into play when shopping for these as they are all pretty much the same, so in the end it comes down to knowledge of the sales person and customer service, in my opinion Jason has both of these nailed. As for the Big Green Egg, I simply love it, I could go on and on about it, but to put it simply, if you are considering purchasing one I would highly recommend it with out any hesitation.

My husband and I bought a green egg just before Christmas. Jason was very helpful. We like that fact that he wasnt pushy but was happy to answer our question in a friendly and knowledgeable way. Delivery of our Green Egg was prompt and fast. I have enjoyed learning to cook on the Green Egg it really does make your food taste so much better and you can also cook in various ways smoking barbecue we even been making Tandoori chicken. We have been back to Homefield to buy our charcoal as we have found even thou this is expensive it does last a while depending on how much you use your egg. I generally use the egg 4-5 times a week. Overall we have been very happy with the Green egg and would highly recommend this and Homefield as your supplier. The at New Braunfels are always helpful and more then happy to answer your questions.

I bought a Big Green Egg from Homefield, and outdoor smoking, roasting, and grilling has never been better. This wonderful ceramic charcoal oven makes possible on a porch or patio what the pros do in their large, ugly, black smokers and expensive gas grills. Temperature control is excellent, and accessories make the entire process routine and trouble free. We do salmon, turkey, chicken, lamb, pork, and beef of all kinds and cuts -ribs, chops, roasts, steaks. Charcoal use is amazingly low; youll get several hours of slow cooking without replenishing. Its an heirloom and will never rust or wear out. Most of all, you wont get anything as good tasting in the finest restaurant. Several friends have immediately gone to Homefield after a dinner on my Big Green Egg. One said, "The best brisket I ever tasted."

I purchased a play land from Jason, my sales rep. I had yet to buy a house & had no place to store it. Jason offered to store it at their warehouse until I got my home. It turned out to be much longer than anticipated. He continued to store it until I did finally have the yard space for it. Homefield then came to my new home to set up & install the play land. He went above & beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. My granddaughter LOVES it. I recently purchase a large Green Egg as a birthday gift. Naturally, I returned to Jason for this. He was able to answer all of my questions. Homefield came out to set up the Green Egg, as it was a surprise. GREAT customer service, always helpful & follow up with every purchase to make sure you are happy.
