My family loves to buy local, and go out of our way to use local businesses. Unfortunately I cannot recommend using Town and Country for a custom order. We were very impressed with the show floor and the attention we received in choosing our furniture. Placing the order went very smoothly and arranging financing went very well. We were told that we would receive our furniture in 90-120 days, which was industry standard. While that seemed like a long time, we marked the date on our calendar and were optimistic when we left. After following up several times after our order, it became apparent that we would not receive our furniture on the promised timeline. In fact, the original timelines were completely blown out of the water. Instead of the promised 90-120 days, our furniture was delivered in 155 days. This is completely unacceptable. We had anticipated having our furniture for family events coming up, most notably Thanksgiving. It turns out, we were lucky to have it by Christmas. After several discussions with our salesperson, the owner ended up calling and talking to my wife directly. His response was, "...resist the temptation to leave a negative review". He also suggested that the shipping schedules were sporadic, which I doubt. I was shocked to hear that at the conclusion of the conversation, he didnt offer a price break due to the extreme lateness of the delivery. He didnt even offer to take care of the delivery charge. I understand that a couple of hundred dollars compared to a $6k purchase is a trivial amount, but I was simply appalled by the total disregard for our satisfaction and complete lack of customer service. My advice to other potential customers is to read other reviews. Late deliveries from Town and Country are par for the course and customer service failures are systematic. Enjoy the sales floor and use it to help you decide what you want to order, but do not place a custom order with Town and Country. This local company is not worthy of your business.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We were looking for two leather chairs and ottomans for my husbands mancave. Being a thorough shopper I had to sit in all the chairs and we found two really nice chairs that we didnt need ottomans for because they were actually recliners - not the old fashion overstuffed recliners, but chairs with a silhouette so sleek you could not tell they were recliners from looking at them. My husband was very happy with the chairs and both of us were very comfortable in them. Since I was being picky about the colors, we ordered two chairs that were already on a container ship, so we only had to wait about a month. The delivery people were great getting up stairs and around corners without a ding or a dent. We will definitely go back back to Town & County Leather for any more leather furniture purchases.

I am happy we stumbled upon this store! First off - their store has a HUGE selection of leather furniture (which is awesome since there wasnt anything like this in Bee Cave.) I found our perfect couch at half the price of other big box retailers like Pottery Barn, etc. The art is the store is pretty cool and its created by the owner, Karen. Worth checking out - especially is you love shopping local like I do.

We ordered a custom couch in January of 2016 and its Monday, April 15th and no couch. We have called multiple times and received very little information. We did find out that our expensive leather couch was made in China and is on its way via a large shipping container. They have NEVER called us to give us an update. If we had to do it over again, we would NOT have purchased from Town and Country Leather.

I absolutely love my new couches and sectional. The Bee Cave location was so awesome to work with, and they had great customer service. Eric the owner was even nice enough to let me borrow one of his sales guys to take to my house and take measurements to see if the couches would fit Who else would do that. These guys are amazing plain and simple.
