Very impatient manager, and unknowledgeable with oil changes on a 2012 Tundra... guy was clueless, and acted like he didnt even care... I found what I needed in their store after they told me they didnt have it lol... O Reilly first always...

This store sucks. Always has. Their counter people ignore you, take forever and the managers hide in the back so they dont have to wait on the customers. This store should be shut down. Go to the one on the loop instead.

We went in looking for a part we didnt think they would have, but tried anyway before going to the dealership. There was a small wait, but the guy who ended up helping us was very courteous and let us down easy.

Waited in line for 10 minutes, guy walks up and the AutoZone employee is like can I help you. Went to Advance Auto down the street 5 more employees. I was out the door in 3 minutes.

Convenient location but it always feels like they never have enough people working so you can be waiting a bit before youre able to be helped or even to just check out.
