This John individual told me (mind you a paying customer) that it was MY fault that he gave me the wrong part when I came back for an exchange. Yes.. The car parts "specialist" told me It was my fault and it was the last time he was exchanging anything for me. I bought a rotor for a 2007 cobalt, he didnt offer choices when selling me the part (which apparently they offer as 4 or 5 lug rotors) and gave me the wrong one. When I went back he told me the manager was going to give him "crap" because of my return, and that I shouldve known. OBVIOSULY an un-experienced customer isnt supposed to be the one avoiding mistakes when purchasing car parts. He was supposed to offer 4 or 5 lug and id I didnt know then I go back to check, and thank him for making aware of the 2 rotor options. TERRIBLE customer service for trying to scold me in front of other customers for his mistake. They should be better prepared since they have one job; give the customer the right part. Not only am I never buying from them, Im telling everyone I know to avoid them.
