Returned a battery due to it stopping charging after 2.5 years. First off stores dont share purchase/ warranty customer information. Second, now Advance "tests" batteries before honoring warranties. They say its "good" because their gadget says so. My alternator is fine. My charger is fine. The new practice of using a gadget (is the device reliable/calibrated?) for the purpose of not honoring warranties is a deal breaker for me. Ask specifics about warranties before purchasing batteries.

This is something every Auto Parts store struggles with and bothers me but the phone calls are more imoortant than the customer sitting right in from of you ready to spend and get back to working on their car! Other than that a great store and well thought out discount program!
