Ive only been to the Lake Forest Game Stop a few times, but today was the last time. The sales staff is not very friendly and today was down right rude. Im not a gamer, just a casual shopper for my 5 yr old son. I guess they really must not care about keeping me as a customer. When I asked I they could access my account credit from some games I had previously sold them they said not with out my game stop card. I asked if she could look it up with an email or something and she (Sydney the sales assoc) rudely snapped at me that she could not do anything with out the card. That was a horrible experience and I will not be going back to game stop.

I have been a customer here for the past ten years and I can say that these guys are at the top of their game and are always ready to help. I prefer this gamestop over the other location in my area by 75 as this one has friendlier staff.
