this place is LEGIT son. get it. My experience was 100 % great. after having problems with my laptop, i called my manufacturers customer service, it was 15 days out of warranty and they wouldnt give me a ANY help. so i went to geek squad, story short, they charged me 150 dollars to scratch my computer, install the wrong drive the first time and waste my time not even solving the issue. i found MAX TRADE and Repair online and tried it out seeing as i was out of options. Jason and is amazing! they took my computer, fixed it on one day and charged me pennies compared to geek squad! i would recommend them any day of the week.

I recently bought my laptop from this location,I didnt have alot of money to spend to begin with which is why when I saw the laptop prices I was very pleased. I bought a Acer Notebook,my favortie color, that was used but that didnt matter because I got a 30 day warranty on it in case it didnt run properly. It worked great until, my boyfriend put a virus on it!! I in turn brought it back for repair, I put a deposit down at time of drop off and it was ready a bout 2weeks later......its been working great ever since!! I dont let my boyfriend touch it now!!

My experience at Max Trade & Repair was everything I didnt expect. I went in feeling that I would go in , in they would treat me as if I was some regular customer , but no . Everytime i come in im treated as if im family theyre the nicest people ive ever met , they have wonderful costumer service , all of their costumers are all returning guest , they never forgot my name , they give away free food to the children , just all around people pleasers .

Took two laptops which they said they couldnt fix which was fine but its been almost a year now and I cant get anybody back to call me back so I can pick up the laptops .pretty much like they just took them and every building I go to is closed down with the phones disconnected please do not take your stuff here

Took my tv to be repaired here, and they ended up damaging it beyond repair. They agreed to "do whatever it takes to make it right", but now theyve stopped answering my text messages, emails, and I get the run around every time I call.
