Their last straw with me was the day an employee processed my transaction, while on the phone and over charged me. I went back a few hours later before using the product once I had reviewed my receipt and the "manager" basically told me he wouldnt refund me because customers have scammed them before using that same scenario and he wasnt sure if it was a legit situation. Not his exact words but thats what my understanding was. I refuse to go back! My advice is BE ATTENTIVE TOVYOUR CUSTOMERS! They are the roots to your business.
