I will avoid this Michaels store. I bought a 2 1/2" Recollections circle punch yesterday using a 40% off coupon. It is for a project and after looking at it today, I decided that it was too big and returned to the store today to exchange it for the 2" size - same brand with receipt unopened. They wanted me to pay almost $4 more. The manager said I had used the coupon to buy the 2 1/2" and that I couldnt use the coupon to "buy" the 2". In other words, there is no real exchange at Michaels. I am donating my 2 1/2" punch and will buy a 2" at one of Michaels many rivals here in town - Archivers, Hobby Lobby, Aaron Brothers to name a few.

No stars whatsoever, only put one because you have to. Waited in line for 7 minutes with 8 people in front of me and the cashier never even tried calling for backup. Not another employee in sight. So, I left my cart full of stuff where Id been waiting. That was completely ridiculous. I used to work for Michaels, and if our line was ever more than 3 patrons long, you called for assistance, including the store manager. And this has been happening every time I shop there, few and far between as my visits are.

I was very impressed by the attitudes of the sales people! I hadnt been in Michaels for a while, so had to ask for locations of some things. Each person was relational, helpful, kind and researched to help me! Other stores could learn from their sales people. The staff really made this a fun place to shop! Thank you!

Horrible!!!! The employees dont give a flying crap about you or your needs as a customer... Not to mention that the signage is always wrong or missing so you literally have to check the price of everything you purchase. Long lines, hardly anyone on the floor. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Regular Michaels, the staff is AWFUL however. I only go here if I have to. The manager literally rolled her eyes the last time my husband and I walked in. There was a computer problem which took forever to fix and she was rude and unapologetic. Good luck if you need help with anything as well.

Friendly staff, clean store, reasonable prices. I asked a staff member for assistance and she stopped her stocking and walked me to 3 different locations in the store to find the items I was looking for and was very pleasant and helpful.

I love Michaels but there always seems to be restocking karts and ladders everywhere. Constantly having to maneuver around these things as a pain. Some Isles you cant even get down because of ladders and carts.

Typical Michaels chain location. It is very busy on Sundays when its major competition is closed. This particular store often looks ransacked. I wish they would offer more current/trendy craft classes.

This place is barely better than Hobby Lobby. They copied Hobby Lobbies technique of having 1 (slow) register open as the line builds half way thru the store. Dont shop without a coupon.

Has every craft good one could fathom. The picture framing employees are good at their job. My only complaint is their checkout queue is prone to excessive wait times.
