I should have known this was going to be a terrible experience when I first walked in and the employee was rolling her eyes and throwing her hands up while on the phone with a customer. I should have listened to the poor reviews and gone elsewhere. If you enjoy extremely rude customer service with a complete unwillingness to help then this is the FedEx location for you. I plan on cancelling my business account with FedEx after todays experience at this location and will be switching to UPS instead.

Ms. Vickie is the GREATEST FedEx Office manager I have ever met. I have been to a handful of FedEx locations, and use them regularly for my business. Ms. Vickie is the only one who can PROPERLY PACKAGE APPLE IMAC COMPUTERS! They have never broken a single item, and charge a reasonable amount. I highly recommend this FedEx location for your packaging/shipping needs.

Very mean and rude employees, no customer service at all. I would never ever go again this place. I dont want to give a single start to them.I couldnt get the employee name but I got number (1797000) from the receipt which may not be useful to anyone but just in case an owner of this store read this.

Horrible ....I went in to print a shipping label.... I told to use the printer .Which was not powered on and no paper ... I was treated as if I was the one workin thirler nerves as if I didnt know what I was doing. I asked for a refund told I had to come in the morning....

Ms Vickie is amazing and really knows quality service and customer care! Takes care of me every time! Ill drive out of my way to come to this FedEx location! DO NOT GO TO THE SOUTHLAKE, TX town square fedex. Ken is lazy and rude and only likes women that ship envelopes.

Kathy was fantastic, she did the impossible and we had the banners we needed just in time! The quality of the retractable banners was VERY good - probably the best weve used so far, and weve tried quite a few. I wouldnt hesitate to order print services from her again!

I worked with Kendra to ship a package and she was awesome! The original quote was $30 but she insisted on reducing empty space in the box by reworking it with some magic. My total was $18 as a result of her handy work. I highly recommend this location.

Very bad experience. Rep name was Diamond. She couldnt even open a photo file and told me to bring pdf file. Same file was opened by person at office depot.
