We had ordered some powder blue name badges from you and they accidentally got made in a darker blue. I apologize that I dont remember her name, but your staff made the mistake right and went OVER and ABOVE tracking down the local hotel that we were holding training at when our office wasnt open to ensure we had the tags when we needed them. That level of customer service, even in the midst of a mistake, was impressive and something that encouraged us to continue to use Alpa for all of our printing needs that we cant do in house. Thank you!
