Came here for the first time today and the girls were really friendly. The bacon cheeseburger and fries were delicious! It tasted homemade and not like it just came out the freezer and cooked. Their fries are also fresh cut and made to order. The burgers are big but not huge. My husband and I got one each and we both finished it. We did share the fries and we both got full. We also shared an original funnel cake which came with two scoops of gelato. They also let you sample the flavors. They were all good. We spent $25 on one burger combo, a burger, and a funnel cake with gelato. My only con is that they do not have a soda fountain. They have bottled drinks only. So no refills and no water cups. Other than that everything was great. The place is very colorful and very family friendly. They have a kid area with a large projector screen which was playing kids movies.

My first time there.. appearance is nice and pleasant staff. I ordered a funnel cake with the extra strawberries and whipped cream, and bananas to go along with it. The funnel cake itself was not bad, but not great. Ive had better, and probably worse also. I am not sure if I would go back, for a couple reasons. The funnel cake price is not bad at $4.50. However, the additional items are PRICEY. The strawberries and whipped cream is $1.99 extra. The bananas is another $1.50 extra. I probably would not have a gripe with the extra item pricing, but they barely put much on it. I really wanted to love the product. If their pricing is going to be similar to amusement park or state fair product pricing, then the product needs to be same quality or better.

Quaint little Eatery. Tucked away in the middle of Hurst, TX. If you like State Fair themed food, but without the crowds, at a far better price point. This is the place for you! They have Fried Food to delight your taste buds. Funnel cake that is as delicious as the ones you had at the Midway. Their Gelato is cold, creamy and ohh so good!! They have a nice Mom & Pop, family friendly feel with a Comic book/Super hero decor. Theres a mini arcade up front with a half dozen coin-op games. Skip the burgers. They are below-average (at best) and pale in comparison to their other delicious offerings.

The State Fair of Texas food experience without the high prices, long lines, and suffocating crowds. If youve known of its existence and youve never been here then youre doing yourself a disservice. This hidden gem in Haltom Texas is definitely worth a visit. The service is super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The low key mom and pop family friendly atmosphere is reminiscent of the hangouts you saw in 80s movies and always wished existed in your home town.

The service was absolutely outstanding. I know my pictire looks very menacing, but dont let that fool you! I am very friendly, but not as friendly as these people!! They were smiling and talking to us from our first step inside. The food was to die for. Now I dont mean really die, if you do that then you can never come back! But this food tasted great!! I got a funnel cake and some cheesecake gelato. Go here!! This place is amazing!!

This place is such a hidden gem in Hurst that I could slap myself for not stopping by sooner. A definite family place with your "fair" favorites like wide varieties of funnel cakes with toppings like strawberries, smores and powdered sugar. They also have food items like hamburgers, hot links and hot dogs. I highly recommend if you want your comfort food intake

Passed by this place for a long time and finally took my family there for dessert. Fun, colorful decor with a few old arcade games (including The Avengers game from my youth!). The Nutella funnel cake was delicious and the Kool-Aid pickle was... interesting.

This was so fire!!!! their fried oreos make me never have to go to the tx state fair ever again!! The funnel cakes were A1.. lastly,the lighting at night inside and out this joint calls for all psychedelic heads to venture over there for a trippy experience

Pass by this place all the time, finally stopped in the other day. Had some burgers/hot dogs and desert. Everything was very good. Very large desert selection. Apparently they even do movie nights on the weekends, probably for teens. Pretty cool.

My experience at Funnel Cakes & Gelato was awesome. The funnel cakes are delicious and the gelato melts right in your mouthe. The next item I plan on getting is the fried oreos. If your in the area, stop by, I guarantee you wont be disappointed!!!!

Good funnel cake that beats going to the State Fair. Gelato is pretty good too, havent tried anything else. Some seating and a few arcade games. The TV and radio playing at the same time is annoying, but other than that its ok. Friendly staff.

Amazing funnel cakes and gelato. Top quality food and served perfect. Only dislike is the look and feel of the establishment. But the great food gets you over that.

Great place for the family, we go almost every Friday. They have movie night on Fridays and Saturdays. My 2 year old daughter loves it. Everyone is so friendly.

Its all in the name! Great little family owned dessert place. Get a scoop of gelato added to your funnel cake. Dont forget to try a coolaide pickle!
