Horrible customer service! My wife gave me a Nook HD+ for my birthday. The sales person at the store she bought it from told her that I would receive a $50 credit toward online book purchases upon registration. Never happened. I have called B&Ns customer service number. After spending about 30 minutes on the phone I was told I would received a responce in about 3 days. I received a $5 (not $50) credit. Since then I have called numerous times spending 20-30 minutes on the phone each time and each time being promised that I would hear back from them in about 3 days. I have yet to receive a response. Consequently, I am no longer interested in doing business with B&N!

I mainly come here because the Tarrant County Chess Club meets here every Tuesday evening (from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm). The coffee and desserts are always nice to enjoy after a hard fought chess battle. Ive also bought a few books, toys, gifts, etc. The store is always clean, well lit, organized, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Ive ending up saving on enough things to justify paying the annual fee for the Barnes and Noble membership card. If youre looking for a great place to play chess on a Tuesday evening, make it a point to stop by, but if youre looking for peace and quiet for a Tuesday evening you may need to look elsewhere.

Absolutely love Barnes and Nobles! I have a membership and find it beneficial to save on books since I frequently shop at B&N. The only place that Barnes and Nobles can improve is the retail pricing structure. They need to understand this is why many people prefer to go onto Amazon and purchase books either digitally or in print because it is cheaper. They have the best selection of leather bound journals, book markers, and mole skin journals as well.

The selection is large, current, well organized, and clearly labeled. The prices arent out of line for the amount of merchandise carried. The floor sales people were courteous and helpful. The checker was "nice," but didnt listed for an answer when he asked if we wanted a bag. We said "no," but he bagged it anyway. The checkout line can get rather lengthy during peak time, but it seems to move, and only took about 5 minutes.

Showed up for an event that is advertised online, on their signs, and in their flier as beginning at 11. At 11:40 we asked why nothing was happening to be told, "Actually it doesnt start until noon." Pointed out the signs and they had no response. Got some coffee and scones from the Starbucks. 0 customers and it took 20 minutes because the employees were too busy talking about vacations and ex boyfriends. Terrible.

Dont get me wrong I love Barnes and Noble. But, I went in looking for a specific item and walked around and saw several workers(who didnt help me), then went to the lookup station(which didnt help me either), and walked around a little more, still not finding what I was looking for. I was not pleased that I was not helped one time in my 30 minutes here.

Barnes & Noble is a great place to explore, the staff is usually willing to help you, and theres a nice cozy Starbucks coffee shop to hangout in (though it can be busy and a little loud at times). The only problem we find is that the prices are still a little steeper than we wish to pay, but from time to time well find something we have to purchase.

The service has always been excellent and the employees helpful and courteous. Often, I will have a book ordered in, and after reviewing if the book does not meet my expectations the store is happy to put the book on their shelf or return it. The hours of this store certainly make it convenient to shop.

Awesome place to sit and read all the books and magazines you want for free as long as youre there. WiFi is decent. They have great and friendly staff and the food is great all the time even though its a little pricey. Overall I recommend this place to EVERYONE.

I call to reserve a book that they had on hold for me and when I got to the store they said that they sold it. It took me about 20 minutes to get to the store for my house and they had sold the book. This place sucks!!

Always a great selection of books, games, pop culture merchandise, and my favorite... Manga/Light Novels. I am so happy to see how much the Manga section has grown across all Barnes and Nobles.

Pretty average B&N. I liked that they had some figurines I cant find anywhere else. Tried the Starbucks and got charged for items that are normally free. The espresso was also a little burnt.
