Okay, first I would like to say that I love Barnes & Noble. I have never loved a store any better than this. The staff are always helpful no matter what for me and the atmosphere is how a book store should be. I love the cafe area they have in there and all in all it is just fantastic. Now... I will say I have had a bad experience recently. I dont know if it was a one time thing, and I really hope it is because this was just very upsetting for me. I had made an order for a datebook that I get every year. I was told there was one in stock, however I couldnt find it. Okay, it could have been misplaced by someone or it could have been stolen. Human error, I cant do much about that one. So I decided to order one and have it shipped to my house. See, the store is two towns over, nearly three so I have quite away to go to get to the store. I didnt want to drive again just to get my book. I got my email about my purchase and I was content with ow everything went. But then I never got my email that my purchase was sent out. I contacted Customer service about it and they said that the item was actually out of stock at the warehouse. I was told I could cancel my order, or just wait. I decided to wait. I waited longer, but I still didnt get an email. So I called this time instead of emailed like I did the last time since I dont do good with phone calls. The lady was helpful and considerate which made me feel better as we talked. She checked my order and informed me that my order had been canceled. As I had said before, I did not do that. I was very upset by this. I told her that I did not do that and she explained that I should have gotten an email about this. I did not. She apologized and set me up for a full refund. I was grateful for that. I just hope they give me my check this time. I dont think I will order anything to be sent to my house from now on. If anything, I will just by from the store so this will not happen again.

This is one of the best Barnes & Noble store I have been to, they have a huge selection of genres from manga to music to pretty much anything in between and if they dont have it theyll help you order it. They also have a vinyl and a pretty decent movie selection with movies you cant really get anywhere else. If you have kids they have a play area and sell toys and even have action figures for display from Japan. Its kept really clean and organized with very courteous employees who are always eager to help you find what youre looking for and with a Starbucks inside to boot. In addition they have a large seating area near Starbucks and a Nook center. One more thing to mention is that they regularly have sales throughout the store. I cant recommend this store enough as a fellow book lover. Im always eager to go back. Which I always do -Saavedra Alvaro

This store has an excellent selection for a small town bookstore. As a huge bookworm, I love all bookstores, but especially this one. It has a nice atmosphere, great air conditioning, clean bathrooms, and coffee. This Barnes and Noble has good sales and mostly reasonable prices. Some of these books can be found cheaper elsewhere, but its nice to preview books at B&N before ordering them online, or downloading them in audio/e-reader formats. The only things I think could be improved: a) the Starbucks does not take Starbucks gift cards, and they should. b) more outlets in the cafe area would be nice.

I LOVE this place, never have i ever had a bad experience. Whenever i ask a question theyre very quick and respectful. The other night i had help from Gabi at the registers in the music and video department for finding my vinyl i needed and she was super quick and helpful. The ladies and gents at the Cafe are always smiling and helpful. Thina and Lauren are my favorite and also a genetleman whose name i cannot remember (sorry!). All in all, I could live here :)! thank you for always being great to me, yall! :)

I luv BnN! I wish the staff would put back the chairs, couches n tables so we can browse through books. I spend a lot of time at this store, sometimes over two hrs looking n reading. It was great when it was first opened because there were seats to sit down on, now its only at Starbucks and a few chairs by the window near Starbucks. Now I go to Hastings a lot. I can sit down at their store

If they dont have the book, the customer service people are quick to offer to order it. Great magazine selection as well. My only complaint is that I wish they had a bigger poetry section.
