I had rented a rental book and totally forgot to return it at the end of the semester. Books To Go personally called me to remind me I was overdue, and gave me two extra days to bring the rental back. And they took off my late fee! I love Books To Go, dont buy anywhere else! WSU has charged me over $100 for a rental that was only one day late. Never buy from WSU!

If you order book online call and make sure they have the book first. Ordered book online used and went to pick up and they only had it new for $30 more. The online order required a email and phone number so you think they would have called me when the book I ordered that was supposedly in stock and it was not in stock. Kind of a bait and switch....

Books to go SUCKS. They put stickers on your books that say "visit our website." So terrible. What a shame. ruined my book. And now I have to spend my time peeling it off, and writing negative reviews for them. Shame on you.
