I asked for replacement of the popular blue pill. She shoeed me 5 to 6 choices. I paid for the first one. As soon as took the pack and read the back, I realized its a supplement tab, not a replacementet for viagra. Something one needs to take daily for a long time before it shows any effect. Complete BS. She clearly mislead me. I asked her to switch it to a stronger product...but she refused saying all sales are final. And this is not a grocery store! I mean i didnt even move from there...just read the description and asked her for an exchange. But she kept repeating.i cant exchange. All sales are final.. I kept pleading but to no avail. Finally I left the product on the counter, told her she can keep it because its not what i wanted and walked out. She never said a word. For me, it was the worst service experience ever. Shop with utmost care, they have no regard for customers servive. They dont even deserve a single star at all. :(

I really DONT wanna give them any stars but its the only way I could write a review I have been in this store many times before and have never been treated the way i was yesterday. First off the huge black woman did not greet me nor when i asked her for her help she seemed to have rolled her eyes i ignored her but as i was standing there i realized she was still in the cage i asked her for the manager and she told me she was the manager i told this lady katz will never have to worry about getting any more of my money you guys really need better people in that store cuz right now its horrible and i will surely tell all my friends about this incident. This happened 6/14/2017 if you guys have a number for corporate please send it to me

If I could give them no stars I would. Normally I wouldnt post but the past 2 times I received the most horrid encounters. Both times I had the misfortune of dealing with the same oversized woman.I hadnt been there in about a month and shes not the same woman thats been there before.I asked about Ms.D and was told shes been fired and no longer with the company. I told her they needed to bring her back because big girl is going to run that store straight in the ground.She wouldnt help me when asked about the new product I had in my hand.She actually told me to read or google it. Google it bihh??? I had enough. I asked her for her bosses # and she told me she was the boss. I know she lying so hopefully the real boss sees this.

Check your bank account after! Went in to purchase a small pack of condoms, checkout went as normal as far as pricing went, my receipt even reflected what the condoms were priced at. But on my bank account it shows a 75 dollar charge. The guy at the front would not refund the difference and so now im out about 70 dollars...someone messes with the credit card/debit transactions afterwards. Having been a cashier and currently working with a accounting dept. i know thats a strong possibility. The place looked a little sketchy from the outside which shouldve been a red flag.
