I recently moved from San Antonio to Houston and went to Insight Eye Care based on their google reviews. When I walked in I have never felt so welcomed, I came in about 20 mins early for my appointment, and was able to be seen. After the initial eye tests, my wait time to see Dr. Norcini was very short. He was kind, funny,straight to the point, and answered all of my questions without hesitation with a smile! I received my prescription and headed to the in-office glasses selection. The woman (I forgot her name), was very kind and helpful as well. Ordered my glasses and 6 months of contacts in a matter of mins (I picked out the frames I wanted as I was waiting for the doctor.) All I can say about this office is WOW! They are kind, get you in and out, and really put you as a priority! My total time spent there was about 45 mins.Definitely recommend going here!

Dr. Glickman is one of the nicest eye doctors Ive ever have. Easy to talk-to and professional. The staff members are also equally nice and courteous. I live in South Houston but work up here and if I were to switch jobs where my commute isnt as bad, I would still make the drive to see them for my eye care. They have helped me with contacts, glasses, and prescription sports goggles (though I didnt see any there on my last visit, might have to call to inquire). :) smiley face to make it official.

This is from yesterdays exam Jan 2017 for myself and my son Anthony. I have used glasses and contacts since I was a kid and have been to many doctors and their offices. Dr. Victoria Glickman, staff, office, and choices of frames/products are the best out of all of them. Even if you need to drive a bit, it is well worth it. If you have any questions, call and talk to Dr. Vicky before your visit. She has an awesome bedside manner, is warm, welcoming, and would love to address your questions.

Dr. Norcini and his staff are very courteous and professional. Ive been going to him for decades and wouldnt think of leaving his practice. On time appointments and expert services make going to this office a very pleasant experience. If you need glasses, the staff takes their time with your needs and makes sure you are fitted properly and are completely satisfied with your eye care products. Ive been a patient of Dr. Norcinis since I first learned I needed contacts. Dr. Norcini has treated my whole family. One year, I went to a different office for I dont even know what reason and I will never leave again. Dr. Norcini does an exceptional job of diagnosing your issues AND above all educates you on why those problems are occurring. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Theyre also very honest in your selection of eyewear.

They always made sure I knew of my options during my visit and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice of glasses. He explained what was going on in my eyes in a manner that I could clearly understand. He gave great analogies and was very attentive to my concerns. I have seen Dr. Norcini for many years. I actually drive across town to continue to see him. He is not only really knowledgeable about eye health and vision, he is also very kind and friendly. Someone who knows what they are doing and actually cares about their patients is rare. He is one of the few. It doesnt hurt to have an awesome and very competent staff either. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Norcini is amazing! Been going to him for years and I havent had a chance to go back but will definitely schedule an appointment soon. He can customize hard lenses for the most severe cases. His great care to detail and always uplifting personality make the visits great!

The staff of insight Eye care were fantastic! They walked me through my first visit very efficiently, the waits were pretty short, and they were meticulous in looking over my eyes. Renee was also really helpful in explaining my coverage and my options for my new glasses!
