Ive been going here for many years and I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Theyve always worked with me financially and for scheduling. Dr. La Susa is who Ive been seeing the past couple of years and shes phenomenal! She is so friendly and puts the patient at ease without making them feel guilty about the last time they went to the eye doctor. She has stayed late after closing for both my mom and I on different occasions and for different reasons. She has gone out of her way to accommodate me when I had a sudden prescription change and worked within the companys policy to help me pay and transition to new lenses just a few months after I bought a new prescription. The team that works with the doctors is amazing too, they are always upbeat and Ive never once heard any of them complain, about anything! They know their stuff and are always eager to help.

They are a bit on the commercial side, not on the health side: you will be pushed every time to do an "iris scan" for an small extra fee or covered by your insurance,, offering the benefits of diagnostic of all sorts of health issues, frankly a way to get extra money out of you or your insurance. You dont need this. In my opinion it puts their ethics in question. I was pushed to get glasses for distance that I really didnt need. My eye exam was quick and I would say superfluous.

Business arrogance, gave them a second chance but not anymore.. they probably have so much business that they dont care about giving good service.. also check out that woodlands pricing.. save your money and go somewhere else.. no stars for this business

This place is the BEST!!! My son has a rare eye disorder and I can not tell you how many eye doctors we have seen. Dr. Moffatt and his staff offer excellent customer services!! I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!!
