I find this store on Epson website as it is listed as the Epson Service Center in Houston, and the only one in Houston, TX. I google the store, and find the store website as well as email address. I sent them email asking if they can service my Epson Stylus Pro 3880 which has error message. I received email reply next working day as well as phone calls confirming they can fix my printer with a price quote. I will bring my machine to the store today, hope their service is as good, and get my printer back to work soon.

Their prices for equipment (my company just bought an HP designjet plotter from them) and supplies (plotter paper, ink etc.) are very competitive. Weve rented several kyocera copiers from Davis & Davis in the past and this company has the all time best service ever.....no matter if you need only one cartridge of ink or a whole new machine, they come right over to your business most times on the very same day.

Wow what a prime example of dismal mediocrity in customer service! Dropped off my Epson 1900 2 days ago with clogged printer head. Was told that it needed to soak in solvent overnight, that they would call me next morning. Two days later- no call yet. I called them, they put technician on phone and again he says: we need to soak it in solvent overnight will be ready in morning!
