Drove from North Houston to this location to purchase a gopro hero 4. Before my 45 minute commute to this location a price was discussed on over the phone. Classic bate and switch case here folks.. I get here and the one in the case with the sd card is not the one they want to sell at the agreed upon price, its the one "in the back" the broken one missing parts is the one... Dont come here, scam artist making the whole pawn business look bad.. And now the "response from the owner" is a complete lie! I was told they only had ONE go pro hero4 not two. The price of said item was a reasonable one, but above typical USED price. To the owner of action pawn, I will NEVER return to your store. I wish you all the best in your endeavors but I can assure you, if this is the way you conduct buisness youre going to need all the luck you can get.

Terrible Pawn Shop. I go in and have never purchased due to better prices elsewhere, the one time i do i have a problem. The tool I bought did not have correct fittings, so went back 10 days later to swap for a similar item. I even said I was willing to pay more to upgrade. The manageress said no.... So they sell me a tool that is unusable and will not let me swap it and give them more money for a bigger more powerful one.... I will not return and recommend you always check prices and check the item works because she said once you take it out of shop its your regardless..... You have been warned.

They have very reasonable prices for everything, but not much of a selection. Also they only carry modern items that will sell, so if youre looking to browse, dont really get your hopes up. If you want a deal, they probably wont rip you off.

Great Service!!! Im a regular loan customer of theirs and they are easy to work with, renew the loan, extend the loan, they will even give you extra time if you need it. Managed and staffed well. Good selection of music equipment.
