Id had been a regular shopper there for a few years now and have even referred a few people also to shop here in the past. Now Id recently noticed that over the past maybe 10 months that there seems to be a different set of employees there than the original crew that opened the store and in the past 3 months that Ive shopped there 2 or 3 times there was a gentlemen that seem to follow me throughout the store when there wasnt very many people in there and it kind of made me wonder why. Then one day I went to purchase a half gallon of vodka for $9.99 and thought that I would try an IPA beer that I saw on sale for $2.99. It was in a pint and the NBA finals were on so I said why not. I had to take a quick but necessary phone call when I took everything up to checkout and I paid with my card at the same time and regrettably did notice the charges until I was walking out the door as I was hanging up from the call and my card charge came through my phone and I noticed that I was charged $9.99 for that one 1 pt of beer. So I immediately walked back into the store and went straight to the counter and said to the lady clerk that had checked me out and I explained to her that the sale sign on the beer was $2.99 and she rudely pointed out on the receipt that all sales are final and that there were no exchanges nor refunds. And also she lied to me to tell me that it was against T.A.B.C. Law that there was no exchanges or refunds and actually tried to give my a number to a T.A.B.C. agent that would back her story. They are rude at this location and lie to their customers and I will not be bringing my business to this store ever again. BEAR CREEK Beverage is better and friendlier anyways and only a few more yards across the street .

Its a liquor store. Youve seen one youve seen them all. Its not Specs but the selection is decent. They have some good sales on occasion. The location is good. The staff is not going to get any awards for being pleasant, and they dont always know their product. If you know what you want, and it isnt anything out of the norm, you shouldnt have any problems with this store.

Always had an enjoyable customer service experience here. I did notice on duty Police Officers there whom asked another customer for their identification for age purposes. Nothing wrong with that in my eyes. I even open carry my firearm on the premises without hassle. Will visit again

Good prices but the one Hispanic lady obviously dont like black people because on multiple occasions Ive heard her say smart comments and make funny faces and not just to me either, I just feel her customer service is poor.

Big store with the best selection in Glenn Heights Best customer service and staff does a great job.They have product knowledge! They have additional parking in back with a secondary entrance .... Thats where I always park
