Rude! Rude! Rude! I called to check stock of an item before making the 10 mile drive there, whoever answered the phone put me on hold for 14 minutes. I finally decided to end the call when I arrived in the parking lot. Obviously its much easier to just show up rather than call first. Upon checking out my cashier Dawn was so rude. Her customer service skills we some of the worst Ive seen in any retail establishment. I will not return here. I asked for a manager after feeling frustrated thinking maybe I could bring my experience to their attention. The manager on duty (I think she said her name was Michelle, she didnt have a name tag) wasnt any better. She was very rude as well, so I asked for the managers phone number, she pointed to the back of the store and told me to go back there and get the number from the service desk. Seriously? The customer service in this store deserves 0 stars!

By far the most poorly run/managed Tractor Supply Ive ever tried to do business with. Over a period of 4 days, I could not get an answer on inventory for a product. (The employees on the phone not only hung up on me 3 different times, but they wanted sympathy because its a busy time of year) When I showed up at the store, they still could not tell me if they had a product in stock. When I asked if I could pay for the product and have them secure the inventory from the next truck, the employee told me that the other employees would probably just sell off the stock even though it was reserved "because some of them dont have the best memory." The customer service for the toll roads puts these guys to shame. Steer clear!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE...So poorly ran by the manager. I went to the store to return a power washer which was less than 30 days old. Manager gave me such a hard time I decided to take it to another store where I felt they would listen to me. Showed up and they pulled my ticket from there system, which the rude disrespectful manager couldnt do. He said I would have to take it up with the corporate office. The other store refunded me with NO problems and within 5 minutes of being there. This store is one of the most unprofessional environments I have been in awhile.

On Monday, I went in to purchase a carry-on trailer. Jordan was very helpful! Though they were short-handed that day, he stayed non-stressed and focased while helping me. We got through the paperwork, and he found the hitch accessories I needed. After checkout, he hooked up my trailer and did a safety check to make sure I was road ready! Thanks for the excellent customer Service Jordan!

Im a disabled an can never find help anywhere in the store that is sad an Ive been shopping there for 10yr can wayyyyyt for the store in jarrell to open maybe things will be different. In2007 I bought 4000dl in dog kennels I dont know how many times Ive called an told them that the kennels are follies apart an no one has done anything about it.

Fun to wander around to see all the fantastic variety of products they carry. They. (corporTion) have donated 100+thousands for animals after Harvey, then Irma. Products are high quality. They always carry out to the car.

Great place to get just about any supplies youd need. Theyre the only place in Georgetown that sells a gluten free dog food (which I need for my fuzz ball) and the staff is always super friendly and eager to help :)
