Good pet store, decent prices. Wish they had more products and more variety. I have to order treats for my dogs from their website and have had issues several times the last few months. The treats are yogurt drops, kind of like large chocolate chips slightly smaller than a Hersheys Kiss, only made with yogurt (NO chocolate). Ive had several bags delivered to my house where the product melted in transit and I received a big block of hardened yogurt treats. Their customer support has been good to either refund or replace my purchase, but has been unwilling to send them with any sort of ice pack or insulation. Will be planning next year to order enough in the spring to last me til fall so I dont have to worry with the heat.

Very upset for I came in and got doggy diapers for my furr baby and waited for ten mins. My son is out of summer school at three and it was three since old lady who works there was chatting wth the cash dude and paid. O attention but. Ew I was there. I threw my stuff and left. Needless say I shall be complaing now I got no soggy sisters now halt wait till tomorrow my dogs going every Im pretty pisseed I cant spell.

Grooming A+++ The staff was so nice and making an appointment over the phone was easy. They did a fantastic job, they groomed our miniature poodle puppy. It was her first grooming and she came out perfect! The young ladies working there were so sweet and polite. Very affordable and quick.

Asked to see one of the animals there that are up for adoption. Was told I had to wait until the adoption group got there. If the adoption hours are different than operating hours, those hours should be posted.

This store is fine, unless you have a question or need help with something. It seems as though, the only people working there are either grooming a pet or busy at the register.
