The girl that helped me try to find the right cat food and other Essentials needed for my 17 and a half year old cat was very very helpful. The only problem I have with Petco is that none of my rewards have been sent to me. I have spent over $500 and not received a single reward. The lady who checked me out is going to try to figure out what the problem is and get my rewards. If she is not able to get my rewards I will be calling Petco headquarters and find out what is going on. If this does not get resolved I will probably find another place to get my pet supplies. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the staff was extremely helpful.

Petco in the University Town Center is pet central for our dogs. The groomers are great at taking care of our pooches. The store is large and well maintained- full of everything you need to keep your pets healthy and happy. Petco periodically offers a service called Vetco where a vet and their team will appear on a weekend and give highly discounted shots and vaccinations. This is a great help to those on a budget. Bring your dog and let them tell you what they want for Christmas.

Ive always had good experience here and with all the local Petcos. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ive purchased many reptiles from them and they all have been healthy. Ive recently had to exchange one because it was not what my son wanted and it was not a hassle. I will continue using Petco for my pet supplies and future pets!

The Petco Store in Norman is Amazing! Since I started going there, most of the very same employees are there. They are helpful in EVERY way. The store is clean and organized and very customer friendly. I cant say enough about the people in the groom shop, particularly, Leslie. She is awesome! Me, my dog Kasch and my cats LOVE the Norman Petco! ❤️

As I have never been to another Percocet where one of the employees was able to check out customers while having a ferret run around on their shoulders this petco gets five stars. Despite how busy it gets, it is always clean and the staff (few though they may be) are always polite and willing to help. Five out of five.

I like the friendliness of the staff and found that the knowledge they know is above average. When you bring an issue to there attention they do something right away. Great selection of items for all pets, puppy playtime is great on Saturdays, grooming is spot on, and their fish dont smell.

Staff is very helpful. They have too many foods that are filled with peas, catering to some hipster health trend humans have an infatuation with. Whens the last time you watched a documentary on wolves and saw them scavenging for peas and blue berries.

Casandra was great! I was wandering around needing help and she dropped what she was doing to help me get some carriers down. I had my dog with me and she gave him lovings even though he was being grumpy. She needs a raise!

I bought $4 100ct Mini Mealworm pack this evening. After I came back home, (4hrs later) I noticed that ALL of the mealworms were dead. I couldnt find ANY of live mealworm. $4+$4 gas for nothing. Really disappointed.
