A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I took 10 name brand items to the store in July. I returned 60 days later to find that only ONE of my items was accounted for on my account. The owner suggested a terrible offer for my items that THEY either lost or sold! She just kept saying that it wasn’t her problem. After a heated discussion with the owner, she refused to reimburse me that day. She said she would not pay me until they had a chance to look for my items. She also said to me, and I quote, "If you loved your stuff so much then why did you bring it here?!" She also said that she is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items in her store. A few days later they called me and said they found my clothes. I had already been there twice and the store is a 40 minute drive from where I live, so my husband offered to go this time. There should have been 8 items to pick up. They sent him back with 7 items, and only 2 of the seven items were even mine! They sent me home with someone else’s clothes!! Obviously they either LOST my items or SOLD/STOLE them. I called them to explain this and the employee ASSURED me they would call me back after she spoke with the owner. Two weeks passed by and I still had not received a call back. I called the store and spoke with the owner again. She IMMEDIATELY became verbally abusive with me and said, again I quote, "Your clothes are dated, worn, and UGLY"! She just kept screaming that over and over and refused to listen when I tried to explain to her that 5 items she returned were NOT EVEN MINE!!! I asked her what I was supposed to do with these clothes that belonged to someone else and her response was "Get rid of them". I then asked her again about being reimbursed for my items and she hung up on me. The owner of this store really feels no responsibility to care for any of her customers belongings. She never made any attempt to correct the situation and took absolutely no responsibility whatsoever for what happened in her own place of business! She might want to take a look at herself and how she runs her business before hurls insults and nasty comments at customers who only expect to be treated fairly. THIS STORE WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT AND THE OWNER IS A RUDE, MEAN AND NASTY INDIVIDUAL. THIS PLACE IS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT!...DO NOT!...DO NOT! take anything to this place for consignment, they are thieves! I took several items in and by coincidence a lady I work with bought three of the items they consigned for me before my 60 day contract was up. I called them to find out how many pieces sold and what my payout was. I was told they sold a blouse and my pay was $7.80. I asked if I could pick the remaining items up and they said I was nine days past the 60 day contract and they could not return my items. I can understand the contract thing, but they lied about how many items they sold of mine which is the most unethical business practices a consignment store can do. Of course they cannot research anything for you because their system clears everything out.

Several months ago, I took in a brand name blazer. After the prescribed time elapsed I was told it was lost. Thinking the good thought I then took in three sweaters (all freshly cleaned in like new condition). After the time elapsed I went to pick up the sweaters and was told I had only brought in two. After bringing back my receipt it was agreed that I had brought in three but two were.......guess what? Lost. After a hassle I was given a check for $8.40. Hope someone is enjoying my blazer and sweaters!

I was looking for a place to take my wedding dress and other items, however, after reading the negative comments about the dishonesty and poor customer service. I will donate my items to charity before I let a band of thieves have them.

Everytime I walk in this store it smells amazing! You can get really good deals on designer handbags. I bought my very first Louis Vuitton from them and I get compliments on it all the time!
