The previous user is correct in "Not Your Mothers Salon". My mom would not have screwed up my hair. This place is only interested in your money, not what you have asked for. They will not admit that there are things they are not capable of doing. After two tries and 4 hours later with hair that I was mortified to have, they wanted me to give them another chance to fix. Forget it. I was told by Brent that he would refund me and when I went in for the refund - HE REFUSED. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please stay away so that you dont get results that will make you cry.!!!!! Funny how the previous reviewer stated that the boutique will keep you coming back, not the so called Stylists.

They just sit there and talk to each other. Didnt get any help at all. I walked in and stood there at the register just waiting. No one came so I walked over to the haircuttng chairs and they were just sitting there talking. They saw me but kept on talking with each other. Finally this lady looks at me, gets up and leaves the room! No one helped me at all. My hair was looking crazy, anyone from a mile away could tell I needed a haircut. I just left. They dont care.

I always feel a million times better after leaving Extraordinaire. Erica has been doing my hair for almost two years now. Weve kept my hair long, shes given me bangs and a bob, Ive been a brunette and a redhead .... Ive always been thrilled with the results. The salon is conveniently located next to Watermark books and other local businesses I really enjoy. Its clean, well-decorated, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming.
