i drove all the way from Cleburne to Denton just to go to this smoke shop to buy a bong. as soon as i got back home and tried it out it didnt work at all. there is no air flow what so ever, the smoke doesnt even pull through it just sits there in one of the percs if that makes sense. i called the very next day and tried to explain my problem and the lady kept interrupting me saying they cant take it back. theyre selling defective pieces and not giving me my money back and probably several others too.

Out of all the smokeshops in Denton, nirvana is the cleanest Ive been in w the best selection of glass. The counter people are always super friendly and helpful. I broke my glass bowl for my bubbler and none of the other shops would help me find a new one but the girl at the counter at nirvana truly went out of her way and found one that would work. I cant say enough about this place. 5 stars

Went in at 9:50 pm, and had the lady working tell me they were closed and that it was 10pm, then after showing her the time on my phone, she agreed to help me. She continued to tell me that I needed to hurry up with my choice because she was closing. Extremely rude.
