ABSOLUTE WORST GLASS SHOP IN THE DFW. No water test? Are you serious? How could a customer ever make a judgement about the functionality of the piece without testing it?? This is extremely common at the 2 smoke shops I have worked at as well as the hundreds of smoke shops Ive visited across the USA... Not only that, BUT the employee made me wait 15 minutes while he was texting and so he could flirt with another customer that didnt even end up buying anything all so he could tell me Im not allowed to try anything...LOL Dont waste your time or money on these sand people

I bought an e-cigarette this evening from the 3D Smoke Shop on McGee and 407. After charging the battery pack I found that the unit wasnt working properly. I went back to the shop as they were closing up and to my surprise they were happy to help me out despite the fact it was past their business hours. They replaced the defective part on the spot, no questions asked. Thats what I call customer service. Ill definitely be back.

Great clean store, but only complaint would be the prices are a bit higher then others in the area on the Ecig items. Not a good thing considering DFW Vapor is only a mile away. Overall they have been helpful, they lack Eliquid testing which sucks because your stuck smelling the bottles. Other then that they are a great place to shop and by far the nicest store in the are when it comes to pipe and ecig shops.

I stop by here at least once every 3 to 4 weeks and they know me there and they are so polite and very helpful and very professional and to get you taken care of in a timely manner. I very much suggest this place they have a great selection of pipes and as well as A great staff!

Best shop I have been too. Staff is friendly and fast. They help you out with whatever you need. The shop itself is clean and well organized. They have almost anything you want, best shisha, and the best prices. I highly recommend 3D SMOKE SHOP to anyone

not a real head shop. just another one of these smoke shop wanna be. reminds me of these smoke shops in Houston that are ran by an Indian or Pakistani with a bunch of indian and chines glass, and fake and knock off hardware. not really my thing.

HIGHly prices low quality glass. HIGH prices. Careful not to buy a cracked piece. And make sure they give you a bowl if you buy a water pipe (sometimes theyre not included)
