jerks. to think that i would have the unmitigated gall to hobble into this shop and actually attempt to give them my old retired disabled combat veteran money anyway... you get to stand around an empty lower floor with a display counter and be visibly ignored for at least 10 minutes while you listen to the laughter and talking upstairs, and when you ask if anyone is working the counter they all giggle at you, peer from their perches upstairs and say you have to come upstairs if you wanna buy something. never mind the product you want to buy is in a display case downstairs, and the slowly hobbling customer obviously has his leg in a largely visible cast from surgery and obviously cant negotiate stairs...the laughter as this customer hobbled back out the door empty handed was palpable. great job. hopefully the online retailers put this bad joke of a shop out of business. at least they actually serve their customers, which is exactly where i spent my money minutes after i left this dump. jerks.

Im a pipe smoker and was excited to check out a new store. They had a small selection of tinned tobacco, which was pleasantly surprising, and a fair inventory of medium and high end pipes. The strange thing was the staff - I dealt with an older gentleman that seemed put out to answer a quick question about which tobacco they sell. He was very off-putting and only seemed interested in trying to sell me an overpriced pipe so he could get back to doing nothing as he was before I arrived. Perhaps I just caught him on an off day. If Im in the neighborhood Im likely to stop back in to pick up another unique tin of tobacco but I cant say that Id go very far out of my way to shop here again.

Stopped in and purchased a couple of cigars, one was fine but one was dried out and probably old as it had a a flaky wrapper, half detached cap and upon toasting and lighting the foot cracked. Good one was a Flor de Oliva Gold Toro. Bad one was an Oliva Serie G Toro, which was disappointing since it was supposed to be the better cigar. Guess I know which one to stick with. While the gentleman that helped me was helpful and friendly, I got the impression that the blue-collar crowd would be looked down upon here. Ill stick with bnbtobacco[dot]com for my cigars from now on as prices are a little on the high side here.

Tinned pipe tobacco prices are extremely high. $17 for a tin of McClelland when I can get it online for $8. Seems to be the trend with local tobacconists these days. Nice place to buy cigars I assume. They used to have a really knowledgeable guy named Clint in there that could give great tips and recommendations, but the guy I spoke with in there today didnt know Jack about pipes and actually directed me to a different shop to answer my questions. Not a great place for pipe smokers anymore.

Very good cigar selection. Not a discounter. Pretty much full price cigars. Note that their lounge looks nice but access is a $150 membership fee. Otherwise you can sit in the outer wait area armchairs and watch a 32" TV, which is what I did. Moderately comfortable but smoke that $12 Monte pretty quickly. Its not a great setting to enjoy one if the manly comforts.

I love this place. Awesome atmosphere and 2 large humidors with a fantastic selection. Some cigars have aged very well here. The people are awesome and there is always great conversation and help with any questions you have. The members lounge is very comfortable and feels like home. All around a wonderful place for cigar fans.

The Owner Shane is a real jerk. Bought some Cigars, ended up being stale, tasted like soil/dirt. Tried to exchange them, or get something back, but he basically told me to piss off. Go somewhere else, this place sucks.
