I had a great experience at this shop due to three reasons: Response time, product knowledge by the staff and overall experience. I reached out to the shop through Facebook because Ive been removed from the skateboard world for over a decade now. I expressed my concern with trick boards (Im too old for that now) and longboards (Im not a huge fan). I received a response about 30 minutes later explaining that there were many different board styles and that someone would be there to explain everything. I showed up a couple days later and an employee came over and went through the whole purchasing process with me. I tried out a couple boards and then he explained the differences between the trucks and wheels. I had a little experience and knowledge of this process but if a complete skateboard noobie came in these guys would be honest, explain each option and give their best advice to tailor a board to the rider. So glad I purchased from these guys and you will too.

First off I never do reviews, and felt I had to for this place. Harrison and Conner were awesome. Walked in was greeted immediately. Helped me fix up 3 boards, were helpful, chill, and did anything they could do to make my experience better. I drove all the way down from Plano just to check out this shop, and Im glad I did. Definitely going there for all my skating needs despite the drive from here.

Walked in atmosphere was weird at first since im a new skater. Went to the board section and immediately someone showed up to help me unlike zumies or other major places. Helped me pick out new griptape and bearings. Prices are good and service is friendly for all people. My buddies got their 1st boards here and they helped them alot so i give this place a 5 out of 5.

First time skater here, and I was treated extremely well and was helped tremendously as I picked out my first board. They assembled it for me there in the shop and even took me outside and gave me tips on riding. Very very good experience! I recommend this place to people of all skill levels.

cool shop, lots of options, and most importantly friendly staff. Harrison was rad; helped me pick out trucks, wheels, and bearings for my deck, and a setup for my friends 5 year old.. then had the patience to teach me how to set it up :) thank you!

Great shop, great staff. The deck I wanted was as cheap there as I could find it on the internet, which was an unexpected surprise. The staff is a bunch of skaters rather than cute but otherwise useless girls. The shop is full of win.

Because the other skateshops are for Posers and Index Skateshop is for SK8ers! They have durable skate equipment and everything you need and the employees know what theyre talking about and doing.

Extremely helpful service. All I needed was a skate tool and when I told them that I was new to skateboarding he told me how to tighten it and loosen it. I would definitely come back again.

if i get a zumiez board i go thier to put the powell peralta rib bones rails and pigs wheel rails on my board. and good stores buy rails and stuff thier
