Great place to get all your soccer needs! Randy, the owner, is very knowledgeable and all his staff know the game as well and are very helpful. Youll feel like family within minutes of walking in the door, everything you want in a great local small business. They obviously care a great deal about the individual customer, are very efficient when it comes to ordering and numbering uniforms, and always have a lot of options available, not just the one or two standard brands that are presented elsewhere. Can find something for every budget, and they even do logos, whether you have something existing, drawn out on scrap paper, or just a general idea of what you want. I dont understand what the other reviewer was talking about when he said the owner ranted about how he hates when people return things, as he was very upfront and honest with me about what could and couldnt be returned. Obviously if you wear a pair of shoes in a game and try to return them covered in grass stains they cant take them back, but who does? I brought my order in a couple months before the season was to start and got them in in plenty of time, and he even helped me out a lot with several last minute kids that were brought on! Will definitely be doing business with the Soccer Post again and have recommended all my friends to them!

God the owner of the store was utterly rude when I asked him why there were so many Addias jersey. He looked at me and answered "I dont carry any Nike Jerseys anymore." I didnt think much of it at all, it was a simple answer. So I joked around a little and asked him "ha, which ones better then?" He immediately got annoyed and replied with "well? Do I even have to answer that question??" Thats when a couple new customers (Im the only one in the store at the time) came in and which he walks away telling me "Im going to go help these customers while you contemplate what my answer will be." Im utterly dumbfounded why he found me to be such a nuisance. I understand a business when people come in and dont spend any money. But when it comes to some random kid walking into the store asking a rhetorical question and trying to be friendly since this is the only true soccer store in the city, I dont expect the answer to make me feel like the idiot walking into his store wasting his pathetic time. Especially when I told him specifically "Im just looking at your clearance jerseys in particular" Just unbelievable. Ive lived in McKinney for more than a decade and always loved this store since it was the only true soccer store in the city. Seems like the owners patience is up as well as his passion.

We had the best, most personable experience from Randy at Soccer Post. We were looking for a specific cleat for a wide foot and made with kangaroo leather. He was very patient while we tried on a few different pairs and was happy to accommodate us by bringing us whatever size and shoe we were interested in, as well as giving us honest feed back from other customers about the shoes. Even when other customers came in the store, he was sure to check back with us frequently in case we desired to try another pair, or had a question. We left to check another place and quickly came back to Soccer Post where Randy was happy to have us back. We were 100% satisfied with the service we received and are very glad we purchased from Soccer Post. I will be recommending this store to anyone in need quality soccer gear or apparel! Thank you, Randy!

In general, I have had excellent experiences at The Soccer Post. Randy is a very decent and knowledgeable guy and his store is a fixture in the McKinney/Allen/Fairview area. The store is fairly small and very full of inventory and gets crowded easily. There is not a large staff there but they are very good at what they do. Other stores have larger floor plans and are more heavily staffed but by apathetic teens and others more interested in talking about last night than they are in giving you help or advice. The Soccer Post frequently has great sales and very competitive pricing on day-to-day items. The store has a quirky feel to it but I have grown to really like the store and its vibe. I enjoy going and supporting local business.

This place has so much potential. If it had a friendly staff I would give them my business more often. Ive bought a pair of shorts and a jacket on separate occasions and received poor customer service both times. The owner is always in a rush and doesnt take his time to answer questions. Soccer Post has a decent selection but dont count on them having any of the smaller club Jerseys like Tottenham, West Ham, Spanish League, German league and so on. If your looking for big team apparel than youll find it here and sometimes at a good price. Customer service should be a top priority for a businesses and since its not good at this place I probably wont be back.

I just returned home from this establishment after being made to feel as though my order was peanuts compared to the coach the owner of the store was on the phone with throughout my entire time in the store. Despite the fact that the phone rang minutes after I walked in the door, the man spent the entire time roping in the "big fish" while leaving me with unanswered questions. At one point, he told me what I owed and even told the person on the other end of the line, "hold on, I have to finish with this lady", as if I were some sort of inconvenience to his day. In my opinion, that is nothing short of rude and dismissive. I wont do business there again.

HORRIBLE experience. Made the mistake of ordering soccer uniforms from Randy at Soccerpost. Had to order them three times, they showed up the day before the season starts, and didnt have socks. When I brought this to Randys attention, he accused me of already taking the socks. Unbelievable! There were three other customers in the store and all three were having issues with their orders. Randy is extremely unorganized and seems to blame his mistakes on the customer, rather than just make it right. Will NEVER RETURN to Soccerpost.

Randy is very knowledgeable about soccer. His orders are generally accurate and provides reasonable service. Because of the volume of orders and the method of staffing, however, he always seemed rushed and doesnt really provide answers to all of your questions - unless you specifically grab his attention and make him answer your questions. Being he is local and reliable, I would recommend him for soccer uniforms, but know that you need to work with him in his style - not yours.

I agree with others and dont understand the negative reviews, NOBODY in DFW has better selection of real soccer shoes for kids under 16..NOBODY. He always has a little something special for my daughters at check out and takes great care of club players. If he doesnt, he certainly pretends to recognize my girls and their teammates every time we enter his store. Keep it up Randy !!! see you a few a weeks ..we support Soccer Post
