my experience with sportland has been one of the worst ever. not only were they extremely rude, but it took FOREVER for my team to get our jerseys. they quoted us at 2 weeks, and it ended up being closer to a month and a half (after we were well into our season!). the customer service there is some of the worst ive ever encountered. everyone working there made me act as if i was a nuisance to them (umm...do you LIKE to make money or not?). never ever will i return and will most definitely tell others to avoid this place like the plague. the staff huffs and puffs before they do anything to help you out, even if its just answering a simple question. Sportland apparently is okay with running on false deadlines, awful customer service, and empty promises.

I have called a total of 3 times requesting a quote. Not to mention I already have used their business in the past and everything is neatly on file, ready to use year after year. They have not once returned my call with a quote. They have always been hard to get a hold of, and difficult to get an answer from. Why are you in business if you dont want to make money? Just ridiculous. The last time I called, the woman who answered said shed have the owner call me back so I mentioned that she always said that and he never called. She said shed make sure this time... but still no call. Maybe their hearts arent into the business any more...

I did not work with this "business" directly, but after getting the wrong size jersey for my son, I had to go in to pick up the new one....which we were charged for! Again, the size was wrong, but was rudely told that that was the size he (the man who helped me) was told to order. The customer service, in person AND on the phone (talked to 2 different ppl) was not good. It amazes me that business owners can treat ppl so rudely and still stay in business. Furthermore, he didnt even say thank you. NOT impressed!

Was recommended to me by a friend. Had some basic lettermans jacket lettering and badges added and it was done nicely and on time. I know it was only basic work and not a major contract type job. But i will recommend Sportland to others for quality work and timely service.
