I had a terrible experience! They were friendly at the beginning before I turned my order in. Once I turned my order in and paid the deposit, things went downhill. Place my t-shirt order on Mar. 13th with a due date on Mar. 31st to give enough time to go through the design process (complicated font) and making the shirts. Do not see any of the design for approval until Mar. 28th and was asked more than once to send my design idea in because they lost it. Because of the complicated font, had to go in to the store to help (April 1st-past the due date), not a big deal, but was promised the shirts would be ready on Monday April 3rd. Monday comes around, do not hear anything so I email around 2:45pm. No response, so I email again around 4:30pm asking if the shirts were ready today as promised. The response was in all caps “YOU MAY PICK UP ANYTME TOMMORROW”. Ok, no need to yell. Then later that evening I get an email changing the pickup time to after 4. So, I pick them up on Tuesday and they didn’t even know how much I owed for the shirts, said they didn’t keep up with my order. I paid what I owed based off my calculations and they threw in 4 extra shirts for all the trouble. Was going to let it go until I smelled them. To add insult to injury, all the shirts smelled like cigarette smoke and the quality of the shirts were bad. I had odd stains and sticky stuff, random dots of color, a missing size, and some of the print rubbed off after washing in the delicate cycle. I was never rude and always respectful, so not sure why I was treated this way. Would not recommend based off my experience.

This place is awesome. I have been going to Dallas East Sports for many years. I always have some new idea and kinda of crazy but they always bring it to life. I have never been treated rudely and everyone treats you like family. Not only do they work with me but they are very helpful when I ask for advice on a design. This place is so good that they have begun working with a lot of the schools and their clubs they have. For example Bryan Adams, they have all their school uniform shirts through here and I believe are quite reasonable. So if you are ever in the area of needing a unique club or time design go check them out. They dont only make shirts but they have so much more. They can make hats, bags, jackets and any style shirt for your team, company, family or whatever your event is. Go out and see them and bring them your ideas. But also keep in mind this is a family owned business not a commercial chain store. Go by and visit I promise you will be back for more.

Very responsive and good quality materials. I have a set of jerseys that have lasted 5 years at this point with only normal wear and tear. Numbers havent peeled in the slightest. Went back to get jerseys for a different team and received the same quick responses and quality.
